This number calls my cell phone every friggin day looking for someone who isn't me. They don't leave a message when I don't answer but I have answered a few times to tell them to stop calling me! I have repeatedly told them that person does not live here, and they don't think I'm telling them the truth, which really angers me. They call every damn day, sometimes more than once, and I am super pissed off about it. I want to know if anything can be done to stop these people?!!

Same thing...unknown caller...left voicemail with a name of Rose Taylor. Said it was an location service and I have one chance to call her to make the account right. I do not owe anything ...all bills are up to date. I am a member of Lifelock and reported a similar call from Sarah Price earlier this week. Lifelock's advice is that if any debt collector or complaint is issued, they have to send a registered letter before any legal action is even started. Also referred me to the Attorney Gen's office for my state and pointed me to the FTC's website that outlines the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection
I will be calling Lifelock to also register this harassment to start a paper trail. Any company that does not follow the law is either a scam artist or can be sued for harassment....a good handful of attorney's are setting up shop for this type of lawsuit.

I keep getting phone calls from this number daily. they do not leave a message, and I do not answer number I am not familiar with. I just googled the number and found these post from peeople who have been getting the same calls.

yeah, I got a call from this same number today and yesterday. It follows a phone call that i get from "unknown caller" two hours after. I do not like this at all. >:/ I don't answer unless I know I'm expecting a phone call from someone or its someone I know.
