you can report them to the new york state attorney general as they are a collections agency out of new york. also, report them to the BBB and your state attorney general. i've gotten calls from this company about a loan i took out back in 2007. collections agencies have specific guidelines that they must abide by and this company obviously thinks that they are above the law. they'll get shut down soon hopefully. scaring old women...how dare they.

I am an 84 year-old woman who got a call today, but had enough sense to make a note of the company & look it up on-line.  They were trying to con me out of some money.  I wish I knew where to report them.

they are 100% a scam...don't give them a dime. completely illegal debt collectors. using extreme scare tactics. i spoke with a "garrett stevens" if thats even his real name. sounded like he was reading (badly) off a script, wanted 660 now or i was going to court. could hear all sorts of commotion in the background, they're not a law firm, they're a collections agency collecting on internet payday loans. get a million calls a day.

So these people are calling me I googled them there is a site saying they are debts collectors but they keep leaving messages under my maiden name ive been married for 3 yrs so I think they are fraud and if I don't get proof on paper thats how u know its fraud by law they are to supply u with proof n documents stating the debt.....I hate these people harrassing hard working people

This people have been calling me for the past 2 year about something i owe which I'm not the first time I paid, they call me the second time i paid. now they call me again and I'm ready to get my lawyer on them I'm tired of being abuse from these people. They said they have a court, but  order when I called to give them my lawyer number they gave excuses to send them paper work that said I paid which I have

I been getting calls and now getting emails from this company stating I still owe for a debt from 5 years ago.  I have paid this debt and gave them the paid account info.  Believe it or not, they tell me that I paid the money to a scam company and that I still owe them the money.  They have contacted me so many times that I have now hired a lawyer to handle this situation for me.  I am in the process of sending this company a cease and desist letter and I am also contacting a fraud investigation organization in the state of New York (where the company is located and in the state I live in.  I guess that this company feel that they can still collect more money from me by all of these legal threats but I am refusing to allow someone to make me pay for an account that I have already paid for.  DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IMITIDATE YOU.  YOU DO HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS.....USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from that number can't make out the company name and it's a recorded message saying they have a complain bout my social sec number.. what the heck..

I soooo want to know how these people get my cell number...just got a call ACG  have no idea what this about and dont care  What money I owe I have or am paying as arranged  What a scam

I just got the call and attempted call back. 866-737-9926 is the number it came from. They tell you to call 855-432-1072. I tried calling and got the recording of what sounded like someone who had a hard time reading the script, telling me I reached ACG Processing then only gave me the option to leave a message. Didn't.
Too bad. ..............He will be remembered.
