*Dialer* is displayed on my phone and I receive several calls a day. Some post state its Everest University... crap! I did fill out a online form for info from them. Either way, this is ridiculous and straight up phone harassment.

It is Everest University. Read the terms and policies when filling out forms or applications online. It states they will call, text, or email you with their automated system in regards to further education via online courses.

I have been getting calls from this number what is it I dont pick it up specially if they dont leave a msg. Since 9:12am this morning until 4:48pm today so far they have called me 5 times and never leave a msg. If it was a college why not leave a message......

Yep I started getting calls soon after filling informations on the Everest university website. I've answered twice but never got anything from the other end.
I ended blocking this number by putting it in my blacklist.

This is Everest University...an online college......they get your number when you fill out various forms - applications/fingerhut and accept the terms....they call my cell phone at leat 5 time a day...I don't answer it after the first time I did.

It's not true that you will be charged for 855 numbers. It's the same as any 800 number.

Beware of this number. You'll get charged for it if you answer. Here's a quote from AreaCode.org.
"Area Code 855 Detail
Area code 855 is a future area code reserved for toll-free calls in which the calling party is not charged. Instead, the telephone CARRIER CHARGES THE COST OF THE CALL TO THE CALLED PARTY.
