Just got a message from this number wanting me to call about a debt. Nice try, this is a number that was just released and is for my work clients only. I don't have any debts so it must be a scam.

These folks call me every week even though I have asked them not to.  The person they want
contact with does not live at our home and never has.  I told them I know the person they are searching
for but were they expecting me to pay the bill for them?  Why keep calling me cause I don't have the person's phone
number and quite honestly, it is none of my business what someone outside of my family owes!  They promised to
remove my phone number from the call list the last two weeks.  Sure they did.

Hello ALL ....... PLEASE don't pay those people get as much information you can. And call your local non police / or FBI this is not legal they are stating that They are coming out to serve legal papers.. There is no state besides NY that allow companies to sever legal doc.. and in the state of NY they hire outside armed officers to  deliver such doc..  If you live in the county of Meck  Co. call 311 & ask for me I will lead you in the right direction for legal help.. Glad you didn't give the scammer the time of day.  No one gets a heads up they'll be served - and they certainly don't get multiple calls telling them!

A man called me saying he was going to go to my work this week and seve me with legal documents and i better have ID ready to prove who I am.  I told him to shove it.  He leaves multiple voice mails a day from a blocked or private number telling me i am going to get served any day.  

Yes they do or else these Roaches would not be in business.

They called me leaving a voice mail saying they were reaching out to me to solve my problem without further litigation. Duh!! What problem, do people really fall for these scams?

Yes, they are a debt collecting agency.  ITS EASY TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM,  I did it in just 2 days.

First of all its illegal to call on a debt that is over 4 years old in Texas.  And they are aware of this.  So I just turned it around by calling them several times in a day asking for their local address, then going postal on them, what you are doing is illegal, you are scamming people, you have no rights calling me on this. Yes I am psycho, Once I finished with one rep I would call right back,  after the 5 th or 6th call to them they took me off their list.  

Yes they can dish it our but they can't take it back.  I even asked them if they sleep at night , they will say yes but when I asked them "do you do this to your grandparents, do you do this to your mother and father. They say nothing except I can take you off the list

The debt they were calling about was going on 7 years. I have a law firm handling this debt so these people were clueless as to what they are doing.  They are just fishing in a big pond hoping to intimate the weak.

DRS is the name of the company, they were calling my # to collect on a debt by some name I did not know - I called them back and reported the wrong number and they said they would remove it from their database - no argument, no fuss, no problem.

DRS called and left a message on my cell for a collection I don't owe.  Seems like they are calling people randomly to harrass them.  The number they called shows a local number but they are calling from some other state.  855-447-6335.

I received a call on my cell phone today from 713-588-0910.  They left a recorded message on my voice mail to call back 855-447-6335.  I did not take the call or return the call.

Was wondering is this a real company.They have called and told me I have a account from Nicor which I do.Just trying to see if this company is real.They said the will throw a 1099 on me etc

Called me from subnetted number called them back spoke to a David green said I owed I told him I had no clue he sarcastically told me I didn't know cuz it was convenient  told him I'm disabled he said he didnt care I still owed I told him that's not what my lawyer said and he hung up on me. Lmbo. Watch these ppl

Got a message saying they had my number on file as a contact number for me.  They were trying to collect a debt ?!!?

They have called several times and left messages.

I've ignored them as they sounded like they were phishing.

They just called me this morning asking to be called 855 number, but they leave a message for a person who doesn't exist. I call back to let them know and then ask them who or why they called, the guy says "I can't tell you". They sounded fishy to me, be careful, if you have to deal with them.

This company is calling our phone and says that it is a credit card charge from my sister-I'm-law. She died seven years ago and has been told this numerous times.  The are harassing us for this and will not stop calling.  Phone number 855-447-6335

Exactly!  The # on the caller ID was an area code in MY state.

this is a collection agency in greenville sc called drs\ics they r small time operation who buys old debit and try to get u to pay it thats out of statue and off ur credit report by threating a 1099c its all bull and if the debit is in stat its really with asset accpetance they give them debit on contengency and they treat there employees bad i worked there when i question my transfers and commissions they fired me i guess they thought i was goin to work for free they told me all this commission i could make and when i earn it and question it goodbye... but if they call u just ask lots of questions then call ur lawyer and sue them cause they break the fdp laws so just ask questions then make them pay u and they change there number they leave for u to call back every week and they use a system to make the call look like its comin from a local number to ur area all a trick to get u to pay something u dont even owe or something that u might owe a couple of hundred they just pic an amount u owe when u get on phone and they dont even havr full details on the debit and if u ask can u call bac they press u to secure a payment dont do it please dont do it cause they want u to pay to put debit back in stat and they will harass ur family to so if they call ur family or friends have them call lawyer too and sue there a** broke ......... the owners even use fake names if u get a call from tom abbot or david williams ask for there real names if you run a  business on the up and up why use a fake name?????

They just called one of my cell under my name, then I called back from my other cell and they called and said hey this is a message (my name) under federal law we are trying to speak to (my name) in an attempt to collect the debt. The previous number they called from was 210-239-8801 and then a 714-905-5040, and the voicemail left said to call 855-447-6335.
