Called my cell, my husbands cell, and then called my work. Informed him that my company policy is no personal calls and then I hung up. He called back 8 times and hung up in me each time. The guys name is Ryan Gray and he has documents he needs to serve me with and that if I have questions to call 855-448-0707. This guy is harassing me at my job now at least once a week.

I also got a call stating a claim number and i have a restraing order against me. and to call my attorny.

Just was called by the automated voice saying a court lawsuit good luck.
I call and they talking about a Payday loan long paid off.
That they haev tried nurmerous times to contact me (lies) amd I almost fell for it and was getting my credit card out to pay while she got "autuorization". OMG thank Good for that sick feeling u get when things aren't right. I hung up. Now they calling from a private number LOL

Received a call yesterday about a court case involving a restraining order so called them back and they said it was dealing with a Payday loan when i asked for more information they wouldn't give me any more then what they had and i could settle outside of court if i paid $625 and when i was persistent on getting more information their customer service got really bad and they started being really rude to me called back to get company name and asked them to spell it they said no and hung up

mary....that is so bogus you have to give us the state of where the court house is and then ill look it up to see if its a payday loan...

Today must have been a busy day for those low lifes. The message I was left was "creative" and used a ROBOT VOICE to say the information about the restraining order and Good Luck! The funny thing was, their grammar was no better when programming the robot voice!

unless you have a reason to worry,  It is a Scam.  They want to scare you into calling them back so they can frighten the beejeebees out of you into sending them money. They want your ss#, cc number,  a walmart prepaid card,  and probably the name of your dog.   This scam is very active lately so don't worry about it.  If they call back,  tell them to move on...you're not interested in giving them any cash...  they're maggots.

Called from what I believe to be a spoofed number belonging to a Tupac Verdon 803-556-4211, left a message in regards to some court matter with a bogus affidavit number. Refused to give any info out over the phone. I called back many times to try and extract something from them. They refused to give me any info on who they were if I wouldn't give them the last four of my SSN. They basically say "good luck" and hang up.

Amanda you sound like a plant that works for the company. You can not be sued for a PayDay loan and if you had a real court date, you would have received a summons in person or even in the mail for some cases. Any legitimate collection agency will send you a letter stating the problem. Then you will be given time to address it. You will not be called by the auto-dialer and asked to call another number. At a real company/law office, they will be happy to give you a local address, and phone number and they will also be some what curtious. Not threatening, not demanding, and they certainly will not tell you it must be paid today. My favorite is "See you in Court". They are trying to collect on old debts that have either been paid or are past the statute of limitations. Never acknowledge whether it is or is not your debt until you have time to check your credit report.

You know what's really funny? The message intended to frighten me came from 803-556-4211. I called back and got a "sexy" voice asking me to leave a message. "Sexy" background music was included. But the message told me to call 855-448-0701 and give an avidavit number and to respond within 48 hours because the action includes a restraining order. Please. I can tell you I took out a payday loan about 10 years ago, paid it back and they've never stopped hounding me.

Hmmmm.  A stranger calls on the phone from an 1- 855 number,  tells you what to do,  You have never received any written information concerning this,  threatens you with a bench warrant (which they have no power to issue) and demands you call them.  I would suggest that you not call them.  If they call back,  Tell them you need a company name,  full physical address, contact name,  and telephone. Tell them you want full written verifiable  validation on any claims against you. Anything they come up with,  deny disput their claim.  Tell Them that once you have this,  you want to verify the information and company with the local police authorities and then you or they will get back to them.
You have a scammer calling you and they are trying to scare you into paying them for some made up claim.

If I called you,  would you believe I was a process server????    If so,  I have some swamp land in  India that I will make you a special offer on.  Just go to Walmart and get a prepaid money card in the amount of 1200.00
and Send it to Ajibi Woohoo...

Oh darn....The only problem I see is "How will you recognize them when you go to court"?  I guess there are dummies out there who fall for these scams.  Must be a bunch since the scammers are getting so bold at it.
I guess when some stranger calls on the phone demands that you give them money,  or your social security number,  you are legally bound to comply.

I have recieved that call as well.

I recieved a call from this number and they stated that if I did not get back in touch with them that I would have a bench warrant aganist me have know clue who the company is and I have never recieved any leagal documents in the mail.I have know idea what this all about I am clueless.Can some one shed some light on this for me.
