I rec'd a call from a Kevin Brock and when I called back I talked to a Jim Harvey; who stated that they are investigators. (I'm sure these are not their real names). These people are full of crap. They are trying to make me pay them 200.00 for some loan they say I owe. The devil is a liar, I don't own anyone any money. They say the Sheriff is coming to get me. So I told them I have been in this same spot for almost 8 years, so I will wait for him to get here.

What ever you do, do not give your information to these people. The are liars and they will clean our your bank account.

Rec'd message from this number. Said his name was Kevin Brock and had papers to serve a man that we don't know to my home and provided a docket number from Dona Ana County. Also said four digits as the man's last four numbers of his social security. Said if he didn't call him back within 24hrs, good luck. Based on this blog it's a scam. I was curious about the area code and that's how I discovered this site.

855-455-7162 Caller is a scam, very arrogant and will not reveal the company name, guess so I cannot file a police report.

Got a call from "investigator" Called them back, but they would not give the company name. Said they were going to send an arrest warrant to my home and place of business. He also called my son's home and my mother's home. We owe no bills and have never been behind on any bill.

I got a call from a Jim Harvey from this 855 number, leaving threatening voicemails on my mothers phone saying that if he is not contacted by me or an attorney representing me within 24 hours he has no choice but to send "paperwork" charging me for 2 counts of fraud to my local county officials. He was claiming I took out a payday loan......which i never did and the address he provided i have never lived at.  When I finally called him back, I requested everything in writing that I would never give my personal information over the phone, the prick told me good luck in court and hung up on me. When I tried calling back to give him a piece of my mind whoever was anwering the phone kept hanging up on me. My mom is the one who found this blog and told me about others having the same problem. I WIL be filing a complaint with the AG's office and keep track of everytime these jerks call me!!

Man said he was an investigator named Edward. Called my grandmother's house looking for me. Telling her he knows where she lives and that he can come there and arrest her if she knows me. Left a phone number and case number for me to call back. This is the second time someone has called her claiming that they were going to serve me.

Yup same thing a have a message from a Kevin Brock says he has two counts of criminal fraud to be given to the sherrifs department if I don't call back.  he left this number and a case number.  What a jerk

This number is calling peoplle for no reason. this person pretending to be a law enforcement officer.

My mother in law just got a call from this number and a Kevin Brock left her a mssg asking for me and left me a case number too, I didnt call back but Im assuming from every one else comments that was probably a good idea. I hate these kinds of people Hopefully they get caught.

Then he asked me who he was talking to. I asked him who he was an investigator for. He told me something like CFA or GFA or CFI. I asked him what that stood for and he asked me again who he was talking to. We went around 3 times both asking the same question. I wouldn't tell him who he was talking to. I tried to terminate the call and he told me he would just serve the papers to my home and my employer both. I say also, BRING IT. What a j.a.He called back andleft a message with this phone number and gave me a case number to reference. I will report him to whomever once I call the AG office in Utah!

WTF!!?? So they are now calling family members i haven't spoken to in 15 years, AND my office???!!!!! They CLAIM that i have committed criminal offenses, FRAUDULENT acts, writing bad checks??!!!! This knucklehead call's me about a debt my son may or may not have, & tells me an arrest warrant will be issued for him at my home [HE DOESN'T LIVE HERE]. Then he asks for his location or phone number. He claimed that he was an 'INVESTIGATOR' by the name of Rick Lucas-- He say's my son is going to be charged with 2 counts of fraud.... Last time i checked impersonating an investigator is a crime along with threating jail and fraud charges. First a loan not paid back is a default not fraud its a civil matter not criminal. What am i stupid. Same as a mortgage or a credit card. Im contacting the AG to file a complaint and might press formal chargws on these scam artist.

"Investigator" threating to serve papers on a loan in ca from 08. Funny i lived in tn in 08. Said he has surveillance showing me. They want 800to dollars what a crock of s***. Collection agencts are the scum of the earth. He goes by tim jackson i believe. Anyone else deal with these crooks?
