A "agent" named Britney called me with a file number saying a legal complaint has been filed against me and needs me to prove it otherwise. They asked if I go by Jenny and gave me a different SSN, to which i said "No" but slipped the last four digits of mine. Now I'm worried they have my credit access.

What frauds & sucks for the 'jenny' to which they had the actual SSN for.

Someone associated with this number came by my work yesterday, and asked the receptionist if she could find me. It was my day off, though.. Told the receptionist that he was here to serve me a subpoena, and I needed to call back right away. Number is the same, 855 455 8453. Left a case number, too. Said he was going to come by my apartment, but so far nothing. Sounds like fraudulent behavior, and if he had a real subpoena he would have served it already. Plus, i cant think of anything I would need to appear in court for. Also, he wouldn't have left contact info and the option to have the "problem" resolved. No subpoena works that way.
They're basically scam and fraud artists, I'm sure.

Someone from this number has called my daughter and one of my sons claiming papers are going to be served. I have nothing outstanding and need these calls to stop.

called me had my ssn and my parents address.  I wanted them to stop harrassing my parents so I gave them mine. stupid i know.  Now I am worried. going to call my credit protection company. chris stevenson was the guy that called.

the same number keeps calling me the man name is chris stevenson his number is 1-855-455-8453 keeps telling me i'am going to be seriver some pappers and will have to go to court. I have not took any loans out what so ever i keep telling this man. but he just wont listen. he wanted me to go to wal' mart and get a card and have me put a 100.00 on it. I thought about it and i said hell no i anit going to do that i'am in a set income beside that i have talked to a ploice invastergater. told me not to worrie and not to put no money on any card cause it is nothing but a fruad.

These  loosers call the people im buying my house from talking about they are going to sobpeona me , and after transferring me around some smuck gets on the phone as if hes an attorney and he has no idea how the call made it to him thy fubbles to find info I basicly told him to pound sand and stop harassing me I have a common name and im not who they are looking for

They will not tell me the name of their company, want me to give them my bank info as "good faith" that I will make payments on an old credit card I do not even remember having, refuse to send me a statement and repeatedly call my work threatening me after being told not to call here.
