This number 1866 456-3102 calls me at all hours, during the day and at night every day or every other day. No one is on the other end of the line and then it hangs up.

Oh and don't worry I'm not stupid, they didn't ask for private info. They just confirm my address which they already had.

This number is a 3rd party calling on behalf of BMO for insurance. When you agree they have to transfer you to a BMO representative. I took it since it is cheap and worth it, but never received the paper yet and they keep calling... Is it a scam?

I have received many calls from this number, They never leave a message. I have also received about 5 e-mails supposedly from BMO and CIBC, telling me, that my account has been compromised,and they have  cancelled it to protect me, and to click on the  link provided to reactivate my account. I don't have accounts in those banks, so I can see right away that it is a scam. I doubt BMO would be making calls out of the blue to people who are not their clients.

So tired of this number calling me everyday all this month and always in the afternoon/evening.  Whoever calls never leaves a message and is probably another scam artist.  Will be reporting it.

I have gotten 12 calls in the last week or so from this number. No one speaks and i don't give out my number. Who is this and why are they calling me and saying nothing.  i called back and the call won't even go through

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it's BMO calling but my cell says it's a call from the US? I thought there were no BMO s in the states. Whoever it is... its getting annoying.

I bank with BMO and I just updated my contact info with them. Maybe I shouldn't have updated my number...

Just call the number back; apparently they inputted all customer phone numbers into a new data bank that calls customers but hangs up on them without promoting their service; very flawed if you ask you. anyways they were nice enough to try and sell me on it which of course i declined; so ask them to remove your phone number from all systems and you shouldn't get the 3 calls a day like i was.

I receive calls from this phone number on regular basis. Somethig like once a week. I don't pick up the phone. They don't leave any message. It seems this is a BMO related telemarketing number that offers variety of services around BMO.

I called the number back... BMO t/m hospitalization insurance... I told the lady to take my number off their list, and she did it, but told me it would take a complete 30days before it is not in the system anymore!

This number 8554563102 keeps calling my cell, i noticed others say it's with Bank of Montreal but i have no accounts with them! how did they get my number??!!!

Called the number back.  It is BMO asking if you'd like 30 days of free Hospital Illness/Accident Coverage or something of the sort.  Whether or not it's BMO or a 3rd Party company I didn't ask.  However I did ask to not be contacted again, and she obliged nicely.

You can block a number from calling your phone  -- most phones have that option.
