We also were victoms of "Jack Wilson" and Ricky Williams". We never received any compinsation from our timeshare ownership. After six months of not paying our payments on the timeshare, the company sent us foreclosure papers to release us. Timeshare Legal Cousil was to file a suit against Crown Park for contract violations and we were to receive all our money back in about 90 days. After a year of waiting still nothing. Now we can't even contact or locate any of these people. All e-mails are sent back un-deliverable, all phone numbers are disconnected and their web-site is now something else. Bottom line is if you want out of your timeshare just stop paying and then sign to foreclosure papers and you walk away. If anybody knows where these people are now or knows how to contact them, please let me know. I will get my money back one way or another.

We received many, many phone calls from Kim Carrell (chief paralegal for the Carrell Firm) saying she could help us with our timeshare we purchased in Myrtle beach with Wyndham.  She was calling a couple times a day everyday until we set up a phone conversation with their private detective....she typed an e-mail saying his name as Wilson but when she called me it was Wilcox.  I made the phone appointment and both me and my husband talked with the detective.  He (they) are very knowledgable; he even knew who our sales person was from Wyndham Resorts.  I don't know maybe they both worked there and got let go and knew things, but I do now know this is a scam.  I have tried all the phone numbers that was given to me, I used the phone numbers that I looked up on my cell and home phones and you either get a voice recording or some sort of message saying pretty much nothing.  I have e-mailed Kim Carrell endlessly and no reply......I'm telling you THIS IS A SCAM....IF IT'S NOT THEN SOMEONE PROVIDE PROOF.  Oh, and they are not with the BBB they are "supposedly" with OnlineBusinessBureau.....which I contacted and did not receive a reply!!!!

We used the company to terminate our Bluegreen timeshare where we were lied to the did terminate and get us a refund it did take 4 months that was the only downside of the process......I would use them again. Marty

Received a call from a "private investigator" named "Jack Wilson" stating it was believed that we had been the victim of fraud in a recent timeshare purchase and should call the "chief paralegal" Kim Carroll at Carroll Firm in TN to get a refund of our purchase.  This appears to be a scam to get your credit card information and/or for their $399 "retainer fee".  From the BBB: "Company claims to have been in business since 2000, however, the BBB was unable to substantiate this claim. The BBB was able to determine that the website for this business began in 2010.  The BBB has visited both addresses listed in this report. The 1019 Highway 17 S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 location is a virtual office where the company has rented a mailbox. The 730 Main Street, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 address is a UPS mail drop location."  Additionally, you will find on searching that their Loudon, TN address is a UPS Store and their other address in TN is a piece of vacant land in the Tennessee National subdivision.  Jack's story goes that they can help me get my money back on a Timeshare that I bought, because the purchase was fraudulent because they did not tell me my maintenance fees would go up and 2) because it was not deeded property (but a 40-year lease).  CALLER BEWARE!!

We got the calls in November of last year from a Jack Wilson also.  We sent the $399 and were told the same story about no deed for our timeshare & other things since Orange Lake took over South Beach, etc. They advised they work with attorneys & the claims are all being settled.  No paperwork is ever mailed to you & everything is thru e-mail. In fact-they proceeded to advise they have no more time to spend on my case until I send the $1,100 owed on the account.  I even offered to drive the $ to them in person to sign the settlement paperwork & they said they had no available time.  They will be reported to the SC authorities also.  Please do not send these people any $.  They are a scam!!!!

I called Gatlinburg PD and put them on notice, also called Resort and put them on notice.  If anyone wants to add to the report, talk to Ofc. Rose, ref case #11-04-672

I just got a call also.  Bill Wilcox, private investigator stating call Kim Carroll.  Sounds funny. Must likely a scam.

I just got a call from this guy claiming to Bill Wilcox and I needed to contact 855-458-0905 and ask for Kim Carol about  a law suit file against crown park resorts. The guy did not even have my first or last name right.  name. I think I'm going to notify the police on this.

Just got call.  I thought he said Mack Wilcox  and he spelled Kim Carrell.  I did not have time to get the whole thing.  He said he was a detective and was calling from South Carolina about complaints in TN at Smokey Mts Resorts.  # was 855-458-0905.  They just keep getting slicker.
