Getting calls from this number every day! I just hang up on the call without answering now.

I purchased a new phone through Verizon.  This was an automated call from them asking me to take a quick 7-8 question survey.  They were just yes/no answers regaining the service the store rep provided (ie. Did they activate my line, did they help me transfer contacts, etc)  They never prompted me for any personal information nor did I ever talk to a 'live' person.

This is a scam call.   Typically does not show a valid number in Caller ID, but asks you to call this number.  The call went as follows: "Hi, this is Marissa Golden calling on behalf of Verizon Wireless. You recently purchased new equipment with us and we'd love to hear from you about your purchasing experience. Please give us a call back at 1-855-459-1592 to complete a one minute automate survey which is seven yes or no questions. We look forward to hearing from you. Have a great day." The person who received this call had not purchased new Verizon equipment or services. Calling the number given, you're then listening to a message that states there will be eight questions. You're then asked to enter the 10 digit number of the cellphone number you're reporting on.

Several calls to Verizon Wireless and they confirmed these calls are phishing attempts to gain access to your VZW account via your cellphone number and your account PIN.

Received this call about a recent purchase I have nothing from verizon.  Then called verizon and no one can answer me about what is going on.  

These is NOT Verizon but rather it is a COLLECTION AGENCY. NEVER CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY, NEVER ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THEY ASK, THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON THEM AND THEIR TRACK RECORD IS LESS THAN 5% CORRECT. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT. THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN CONFIRM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WHEN THEY CALL YOU IS WHAT YOU TELL THEM, SO REMEMBER, TELL THEM NOTHING...... NOT EVEN YOUR NAME, LEGALLY IT'S THEIR PROBLEM, DON'T HELP THEM. TELL THEM YOU'RE 'PUDDINGTANE'.

This number keeps calling my telephone, but never leaves a message

Please stop calling my cell phone. I have ATT&T and I DON'T know the person(s) that you call.

Update: Called the number back and the automated menu claimed to be Verizon with a quick survey about a recently bought phone (did just get one) and I hung up.

When I answered nobody was there. Called them back and it was "Verizon" regarding a survey about a new cell phone purchase (I did just get one)
