Just got the same type of call on my cell phone.  They kept saying the name "Paul Shadowins(SP?)" in between the recorded message.  I have no idea who that is and don't live in TX anyway.  I was given a case number and told to call 972-715-3200.  Thanks to others who have posted that this is a scam, I will NOT be calling them back.

I received a call from 888-501-0738 ext 253, or rather I was given that nmber to call back. The actual number was blocked. The lady caller identified herself as San Diego County Court, and asked if I was, and gave my son-in-laws name. I said I wasn't. She asked if I knew him and how she could reach him. I played dumb. She gave me case #CR401358 and said if they couldn't find him an arrest warrant would be issued.I checked the case nmber, it was a case filed and adjudicated in1977 against yet an unknown individual. I sspect this was a scam attempt to get money from my son-in-law.

Dennis Boyd called me and said he worked for the Travis County Process and Summons Division. I don't even live in Travis County or Texas. I'm so glad I found this search online. I will not waste my time anymore and call him back. I thought it was weird when he called from an unknown number.

A man by the name of "Dennis Boyd" just contacted me on my cell phone and then my work number and said he was from the Legal Processing and Summons Division in Dallas Tx.  He called from an anonymous number but since I have been repeatedly receiving these kinds of phone calls, I asked him for  his information also.  He gave me the number of 877-630-7582 ext 431 to call him back on.  He was willing to work with me on the money I will be sued for by Horizon Opportunities, a payday loan company that supposed to have deposited 200.00 into my account in Sept.2012 and could not retrieve the funds on Oct. 22, 2012 because I had changed my account info.   When I first started receiving emails and phone calls about payday loans and credit cards that i'm approved for I knew something fishy was going on.  I haven't applied for any payday loans or cc.  I reported my bank account as being compromised.  "Dennis Boyd" has given me 2 hrs to call him back and let him know how I want to settle this.  Pay $350.00 to settle out of court or $3500.00 in court.

This is without a doubt a bill collection company. I worked for one of these firms for many years and we are trained to be as elusive as possible until we know exactly who we are speaking with.  I quit the industry because I couldn't handle being so rude and inconsiderate...  I've  been calling all morning and cannot even get a supervisor on the phone.  The guy that answers this particular phone number is just horrible

This phone number has been calling my place of employment and harassing my coworker. We have 6 phone lines and we are calling from each one and when it starts ringing we put all the calls on hold and let them just ring..

I am getting them from someone saying "this is Dennis Boyd of the Legal Processing and Summons Dvision of Meck County" it is coming from an anonymous number but he tells me I have a right to stop the summons by calling 855-259-2453. What is this????? I have not committed check fraud!

Ben Sanders called the WRONG ONE!!!! Since I have the day off, I have dealt with this IDIOT harassing a client of mine, So I have spent the last 2 hours calling HIS # and cursing him out, yelling at him, hanging up on him OVER AND OVER! Currently no way to track this guy so I figured I would bother the hell outta him and keep him from working. I can do this all day! With the 855 # he has to pay for every call that comes to his line, so I guess I will just keep racking up his bill for harassing to WRONG ONE!!!

He called my phone number and threatened to arrest my wife for fruad. Unknown to this fool, I am s sergeant with the sheriff's office. I let him make his speech, but when I called his bluff, he started back tracking his words.

I just recvd the same message but it was from a Ben Sanders. He rambled off my SS# and my address which makes me nervous that these type of scammers have all this information.

I am so glad to find the comments about this FRAUD! I just received a message from 855-463-6030 as well from a Neil Waters at this number saying I would be served and summoned to court for fraud! I hate crap like this. It should definitely be illegal to threaten people this way! He gave me a pretrial docket number, recited my address where the summons would be sent, etc. I'll just wait and see what happens.

the same thing happened to my mom a few mins ago and they threatened her sooo bad that she was going to be arrested for fraud well i looked up the number and there was no such thing! so she called the courts by our house and they said they are scammers! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!!

I talked to a lawyer, they said that there is NO company.  It is ALL a lie.  They are complete frauds and there's nothing they can do.  I don't know how to find these people, I investigated myself what I could find and there's nothing.  These "855" numbers are nearly annonymous now.  In the last 2 years they have made them easily obtainable like that of a pre-paid phone.  Thanks phone companies, your greed to get money from people with bad credit has allowed scammers anonymity....

The same thing happened to me!  Kyle Evans is nothing but a bully!!  I asked him too for his company name and address so that I could write to the attorney general of his state and mine letting them know of his blatant violations of the fair debt collection practices act.  His behavior is unacceptable.  And beleive me, if I get a hold of his company name and address, they will certainly be hearing from me in a court of law.

I am trying to do everything I can to find out who these people are- Kyle Evans refused to tell me anything, literally, said he didn't have to tell me anything ( I called as annonymous as I could and politely asked for the company name)  Any respectable company would not have a problem answering such a simple question.

These people not only called my entire family, including even my neice!  Kyle Evans, as he called himself, also did not call me directly.  My family told me of his calls today and I called him back.  He refused to tell me his company name and threatened that I would be arrested within 24 hours and told me I was not only being sought after for the debt, but I was being charged with fraud. (This is not the exact order of what happend, I'm trying make it short)  The fraud turns out to be this man, because I called my courthouse, they have no case or case number or summons of any kind for me.  The court assured me that this was a civil matter and officers would likely not EVER be involved.  What can I do?????????  I don't even know the name of the company and as far as I know this is clearly a fake name.  All I have is a 855 463 6030 number.  No idea where to even start,   I don't deserve to be harassed tha I am going to be arrested.  My family does not need to worry about those claims, EVER, either.  I may have debt I am working on taking care of, but I am a student and mom and trying the best I can.  These people are heartless- I wanted to cry when my sister and mother were telling me about the calls they recieved today.  They were told I was being investigated for fraud!!!  Such lies, such horrible people to do this.  I am not perfect, but I am no fraud and not a scammer.
