Yes they are nasty.  If they are a really company why don't they have web address and why is it is you reverse search the phone number there is no record of that phone number listed to a liberty.

Its legit. When you call the 855 number they really are not nasty.

This is a REAL payday loan recovery company. When you call the company is Liberty. They ask for the last 4 didgits of your SS number (to verify you are who you say you are) and THEN they give you that information about the account. So I would call them IF you took out a payday loan.

Have you received your court papers? I got the same call today but from a different person. They said they were going to come to my residence and place of employment. I'll be here waiting.

I got a call from a Lady named Michelle Edwards. The lady on the line was aggressive. She said she was from the Courts Office and telling me there were charges filed against me, but she wouldn't tell me what they were. She was asking for my home and work address for verification. I told her, if this is coming from the courts, they should know my address. They could have just sent me the documents. I hung up after that. She called me back but I  did not answer. I let it go to my voicemail. She gave me the number to call to verifiy my addresses. The number she gave was 855-465-4127
