They are, of course, frauds. I am an attorney and I can assure you of one thing.....process servers do NOT call you up to tell you they are coming. I am surprised they are not in jail

After reading them i firmly believe they are scam artists the reply number they give when they leave me a message can be looked up on this site and its scary what others have to say. Just looked up their name and its M N S & associates. The guy i spoke with said M AND S Assoc.

They claim to be m&s & associates. They r a collections co n rude as heck!!!! I got a call from them back in dec n have called them several times since n they have "no record" of any of my calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
