You can file complaints with the FTC & CFB.. you may also wish to file a complaints with your states Attorney General.

Does anyone have a direct number for these guys? I tried calling back the number they gave me over the phone and it says the number "does not exist". Even the number I got from my bank which is totally different (along with the name on the withdrawl they made) just leads me to a answer machine that doesn't say the name of the company or it's office hours which makes me believe that it's fake. I did what my bank told me and  left a message stating i want to cancel and they have no authorization to charge my card, as well as getting a new card but I'm not sure what more I should do. Unfortunately I can't file a claim since this just happened and they can't do anything unless i don't receive anything within 16 days, but I'm seeing now how much of a scam this company is after looking up online. Any help?? Please?? I'm trying to stop this as soon as possible before it gets too late.

What number did you call to get them? The number they gave me over the phone doesn't even exist

Send them a letter of dispute & cease and desist via certified or return receipt.

i JUST RECEIVED A LETTER FROM MAGAZINE CUSTOMER CENTER, IS THIS EVEN A REAL NAME? THE LETTER SAID  I OWN LIKE TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS TO THEM FOR MAGAZINES I DIDNT RECEIVE.

I keep calling back daily to cancel for something I didn't order. Keep get putting on machine to leave message but no call back yet. WTF!!!!!!

This number charged me a s*** ton of money for magazines that i did not order. When I called and tried to cancel my order, they wouldn't let me and said I had to pay $50/month for 19 more months for magazines..that is b***s***. Once I started getting lippy with the lady then she canceled my order.

SCAM!!!
