They said that if I am receiving this message my name may be attached to several formal complaints. Please have my location number available. No name requested. I blocked the number as I believe this is not legal.

The caller has phished my name and all numbers associated with it and leaving msgs saying that I owe the IRS and they are going to come and lock me up on a certain day if I do not respond.
