Yeah, just got a call from my wife today stating we got a message at the house from an Andrea White, basically reiterating what others have said above, and they did know the last 4 of my social. When calling the number, I get a voicemail for Bolga Juliana & Associates.

Received a call on Friday 02/22/13 And again on 02/25/13 from a private number which I did not answer both times I received a message from a Robinson Crusoe stating he has some legal documents to deliver to my home between 12-4p on Monday or Tuesday and I would need 2 forms of ID to sign for documents. He also stated if I was not home I would be getting a visit at my place of employment...Now I can HANDLE being harrassed but I received a call from an associate of mine asking do I know a Robinson Crusoe because they also received a call from this fool asking all kinds of questions about me this I will not tolerate . I am about to look into filing a complaint on this company but both time when he called he never said the name of the company only his name and call back #. But I will get down to the bottom of this harrassment I was a bill collector for 10yrs so I do know the laws and they have broken several of them already.

I have also contacted the BBB & my local police this bull has got to stop and then they post things such as thiefs ect... they need to get a life!!!

Yep got  a call from Peter today you guys are pitiful trying to scam people, as you say when we call you back that this call is being recording well I have you know Mr. Peter (and yes I know that you read these postings) I recorded our conversation (mine & yours & mine & Ashleys) I have contacted my local sherriffs department and they have directed me on what to do and I will see fit that is done!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY calling someone such insulting names (s**t, b***h, thief ect...) no worries I got it all on recording so lets see who gets served with what!!! Do the right thing and get a job like the rest of us and do things the right way instead of scamming hard working people out of their money b/c your to  lazy to do it yourself. I ask you for a physical address and you state that you have a P.O. Box you can give me WHAT?, but your an attorney huh? Back when you contacted me 6 months ago with the same stuff you stated that your business was located in Hampstead, NC but I ask Ashley today and she states OHIO (sounds to me like you need to have a scammers meeting with your fellow scammers on what city & state your located in) & maybe just maybe you might get some dumba** that will send you the money until then be looking for whats coming to you a**hole!! I contacted the BBB ( thats the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU if you didn't know) there is no such company as Peter Juliano & Associates but they have had hundreds of complaints about your threatening to "Courier" court papers<---- get real a***ole in this day in time it goes through the courts, papers issued by a judge and a sherriff serves them so go on try another a***ole!!!!

I got a couple of treating phone call from this number and harassing me this is need to report to better business bureau, I already file a police report for this people they are scam.

Sure you would!  You'd just have to choose another method of stealing from those who actually don't owe.

Dealing with you theifs that take out loans and never pay them back and hearing all your excuses trying to justify your despicable behavior is no easy task. Why don't you people stop taking out loans that would solve the problem. Remember you keep us employed by continuing to take this loans out. With out low lifes like you we wouldn't have a job!!!

I received a call from peter at my work place, I spoke to him for about 15 mins, Then the following friday I received calls from them, I tried calling back and lost service and they called and left me a message saying that I was harassing them.  I called back to get there address to have my attorney contact them to get paperwork about the loan, He said there was no documentation because it was done online and that a bank statement is the only documentation and I would have to get it.  He said I could have the address if I took out my debt card and paid them. I told them I wasn't paying money until I had an address and documentation.  He was very rude and kept pushing for my Debit card number.

Alert!! Beware Got a call this morning from a courier said they had some legal documents to deliver. Unfortunately thought it was legit and gave them the information. This is a total Scam

I got the same call but they also called my sister and my daughter. Where are they getting these phone numbers???

But I wont let anyone get scammed if I have any say and for 2 yef and xena are the same person its not my first day I live were they do collections all over my family lives in the south! You are 100% correct! Credibility diminishes with poor spelling, poor grammar, posting under a variety of names, throwing out insults, and being defensive! In your case, defensive to the point some could believe that you are Peter. Thanks for the backup!

I truly do hope the Attorney General shuts down the scumbag mentioned at the beginning of the thread.  And if you can help with that, great!  All Xena and I are pointing out is that posts are a heck of a lot more credible when proper spelling and grammar are used.  Being so defensive and posting under a different name each time also detracts from your credibility.  You may have had a very good point to make originally but it got lost between the spelling errors and all the defensive name calling later.
