I don't owe Ashford University any money my loans is with the federal govn't and I'm still in school.  As long as I'm in school I don't owe any monies.  Ashford rec'd all their moneys in full from the govn't after I tranferred to another school.  Ashford is in default with the gov'nt for fraudulence and illegal accreditation practices.

STOP CALLING EVERY DAY OR 2 TIMES A DAY OR I WILL FILE CHARGES ON YOUR COMPANY !

This company keep call my home phone and the person they looking for due not live at this number

This number has been calling me for weeks. No message. I did answer finally and they said they were from student loan services branch of Sallie Mae.  Said I owed $790.00 to bring my account current but would not tell me the total amount due or for what or what the acct number was.  Sounds fishy.  I have never recieved a statement, email or any type of bill.  This is the first time i have heard of this.  I do have student loans.  My loans were bought out by ACS.  Apparently most of my loans were bought out buy not all of them fully i guess?  IDK. But now apparently I have past dues loans that i don't even know about that are accuring interest which is stressing me out!!!!  UGH.  Why wouldn't i get a bill?
The lady who called me was not an automated recording, she was a real lady.

Received this call AGAIN.
Been calling for about half a year on and off.  Student Financial services, looking for someone who I have never heard of.   Sometimes will leave a message that they need to get a call back right away regarding "student loan".    LOL, Never had a student loan and have not been in College for over 25 years!  Might be scam???  I did call number back this time, they stated that the call was being recorded, I asked them to stop recording because I did not authorize it and they hung up.   Either a scam or they just have the wrong number.

The phone number has called my house at least 4 times a day for the past 30 days. It is an automated recording and when you dial the number it is to Student Access Services. The "representative" claimed the company was assisting with Financial Aid

Received a phone call with no message from this phone number again.  This is the third time.
