Got a message from them too, had an account years ago that I closed a long time ago. Most probably somebody got a database of names and phone numbers and is just trying to get people's attention.

Hey Mike, either you love sharing your positive experience (I have found your exact same post - verbatim - on three other websites btw), or you work for 295.ca (Fibernetics Corp). Either way, 295.ca putting on a giant scam. Either ignore the calls or file a complaint with the BBB because these guys have no right to send a collector after you for a service you cancelled years ago.

Confirmed that 295.ca is the legitimate source, payments were not going through due to expired ccard. They had left several fairly obscure massages to call them without identifying who they were. They were not rude in any way. Problem solved.

I got the same message, Just ignore it and if you can Block it Block. I used 295.ca many years ago my account was cancelled and I used a credit card to pay so I owe NOTHING to them. It is just a scams

They left a message saying they were calling about money I owe from an internet account that I closed over 5 years ago! They used to bill my credit card, so NO WAY! Anyone know what this is about?
