a suppose process server called and said my husband has fradulent charges against him said to call 18554951786 and take care of it so he can put it on the bottom of his stack of other cases he gave my husband a case and he said he could barely understand him these people are scams my husband had a call a couple of weeks ago using a different number but different case number and told him the same thing

I received a phone call from this number claiming i must act now otherwise i will get dragged into court.Can anything be done to go after them

ID Came thrrogh as blocked, hung up on her and she called again and left a voicemail. Adrian Kim Logan with a subpoena for me. Says to call back 855-495-1768 with my case number.
Really???? An 855 number??? No such court docket number according to what she left on voicemail.
She continues to call me every 3 minutes now.

This person claims they have a case pending against you and that you need to come to court,.

We got a call from this number with no link to a name or anything. The reverse phone call lookup turned up nothing.
