thay are scam artist....they harrass people which is against the law and if people allow them to do that then they will of course continue to do this .... if you notice they will call you regarding court action and nothing is filed..nowadays debt collectors pretend to be attorney offices and whatever to threaten you which is illegal...report them to your attorney general's office.

I received the same phone call, stating that I had a payday loan I did not pay back of $600.00. And now the charges are over $4,000.00 due to attorney fees and finder fees. He ask me if I wanted to pay the $600.00 or go to court. I told him I will see you in court and he hung up. This is the second time someone from a payday loan company has tried to scam me. My daughter works for the Attorney General of OHIO and she has reported this to them.

we called the police department and they told us to call the municipal court of our county, since this place told us they had already sent the info to the county, WEll the county told us they had nothing on my husband. We called the attorney general and they advised us it was a scam, bc we have proof of what they are saying they did that we did not do. Whatever you do dont give them money, just tell them you know its a scam and hang up once they know you know they wont bother you again. Make a complainet to the attorney general so they can stop this because tey might actually get somone to pay money to them.

I recieved a call from this number warning of a civil investingation and restraining order on my wife. i asked her about it , so we started looking up info and googled that number ... here we are ... will updated further results..

I also received a call with a message to call this number, with extension. call back re: case number. right after I got the recording, a person called my husband's job with a threat of criminal arrest. He called me back and gave me the info. So when I called I couldn't reach that person, but I spoke to a woman. I did some research online about the situation. Being harassed which is illegal the way they did it, Contact your states Attorney General Office. I also did that, and continuing on with any actions from here on.

i think that it might be a scam because i called the police dept non emergency number and they told me that if you had a civil suit or restraining order put against you that you would get paperwork first about it and not just a phone call, so i called and left a message at the number?? do you have any other idea what it could be anyone?
