Got a robodial message saying to call reference a John C Lincoln account. Called, and the woman said I had a balance due for a couple doctor appointments. She said a bill was sent out, and verified my address (which wasn't correct). She said they will send another bill to the correct address in the mail. Call sounded legit, but no way I would have given my bank info, etc, over the phone if she had asked.

Got a call from them some time ago - Claimed to be John C Lincoln  - said owed small amount and wanted my banking info - asked for mailing address - gave some wacked out address to mail payment - asked for ref # to pay online - their # did not work - they told me I was sent invoice and would send another - never received anything from them - either extremely incompetient or scam

I received a call from this number.  They did leave a recorded message saying to call John C Lincoln about me account #.  They listed an account # but when I went online to their web site to pay a bill, the web site said the account # they gave me was invalid
