I got same call..... Knowing I have not done anything to be investigated for.... Crap like this upsets me ... What do they hope to gain.

They just called a company that I have not worked for in 3 years looking for me. They then reached a family member that works there, told her my supposed claim number and transferred her to my "case manager". She sat on hold and then the phone hung up. Not only are they calling a job that I haven't worked at in 3 years, but they are willing to give out information to anyone that says they are a family member. I have no idea who these people are, but I have worked in the financial industry for years (currently laid off) and this is not how legit companies do their business.

tryed to say i owed a debt of 1200 an if i didnt pay they were pressing charges its a scam

I am receiving the same phone calls I have just completed a complaint against this company on BBB anyone and everyone should do the same thing. I also requested a review of this company to find out if they are a real company cannot find them on the internet or the yellow pages.

I have received numerous calls from this phone number and every time they call me they tell me I have committed fraud and they are sending papers to my job or to meet them somewhere. I told them to send the papers in the mail I am not sending any money or giving them my account information. Ryan Campbell and James Stevens goes through a bunch of mumble jumble and I asked James if you are calling me about a loan let's stick to the information about the loan but instead continues to tell me I have committed fraud and I will cut his a** off and tell him if you cannot discuss the load do not bother to call me at all

I don't know why these people are calling me and it needs to stop

Yep, big rip off. People are out there trying to get money. They will call anywhere they can.

DID THEY EVER SERVE YOU THE SUMMONS?

THESE PEOPLE have been calling me from different numbers  and names for over 2 years now.   Remember if you are to be served with anything you will not be called.  The law know actually where you work and live even if you have moved.  The police, judge ,process server,and every attorney in your state  can and will be at your door not on the phone SCAM SCAM. Collection for payday loans.  You can not go to jail for a debt especially these long shark payday loans and remember  this is not a hot check.  Don' t let these people fool you.    Keep all recordings  of  threats.

I recieved a call from them about a fraud case in which i did open the matter...but how can i tell if they are a fraud i see all these people saying they are frauds but they never called the ppl back and other ppl saying that they spoke to them and claim that they are frauds and they filed complaints but they are not shut down by now...im thinking something has to be legit if there still in business... im willing to right my wrong for something i know i did as far as taking a loan and not paying it back so il let you guys know how it goes...update soon...it just seem to me a bunch of ppl who dont handle their obligations that they did and looking for ways out...

Yep, I got the same call. Don't return calls because it only adds fuel to the fire. Just wait on the paper work. I work in the Sheriff's office. We investigated and it is a rip off. They will try to get you to send them some money and will ask for a checking account number or a credit card number so they can take money from your account. Wait to be served!  I guarantee you it will not happen. Unfortunately, people will form organizations with the goal of ripping people off. Turn their names and numbers in to the Attorney General and they will handle it. Have a good day guys and IGNORE THEM :)

I had a miss call from some chick saying she serving me papers at my home and work if i didnt return the call. I return the call to see what its in reference to and i spoke with Ryan Campbell saying i took out a loan, he says these people want their money. They're willing to settle for 400.00 but my loan was 800.00, i never got a loan for 800.00. He says holdon i'm goign to see what they will settle for, he come back and say ok 50.00 a month. i say yea ok, asking where's my paperwork. He say call back by 6pm. So i tried calling back to ask questions and that whole week, some other person kept saying hold on when i give my name they kept saying oh he's on vacation. The following week i call and i spoke with a guy name Bob, his direct number was 855-791-6981 he suppose to had someone to call me and make payment arrangments i never recieved a call. Now someone else is calling saying it's urgent i call them back in refernce to my money being drafted. These people are crazy...

Has anyone been able to get a fax number or address for these idiots? Everytime I call they either put me on an endless hold or hang up.  They will not answer any questions at all.

Got the same call today. They said it was a felony fraud complaint. Our states Attorney General ( Missouri ) has been looking for these guys for some time. Global payday loan was the company that Joe Miller with McCarthy Arbitration said was filing charges. I gave them the investigators name and #. Doubt that they will call though. And then I called the AG and gave the investigator McCarthy Arbitration #. We'll see what happens next. I encourage all that are being harrassed to report it to your states AG complaint line. Maybe we can eliminate these rip off artist, scam artist and bottom feeders.

Wanting to serve me papers for fraud investigation.. They thought they were calling " Diana Ross " !!!! This is a scam!!!!

THEY TOLD ME THEY RECEIVED A FAX AGAINST MY NAME AND THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH ME TO SERVE ME PAPERS AT MY WORK OR RESIDENCE.  THE PERSON DID NOT LEAVE HIS NAME OR WHERE HE WAS CALLING FROM.   HE DID SAY HE WAS GOING TO TRACK ME DOWN AT WORK TO SERVE ME THESE LEGAL DOCUMENTS OR I COULD CALL THIS NUMBER.

A males voice left an almost inaudible message indicating he would like to "meet up to serve me with legal documents regarding an investigational search, but would send  the papers to my home since he would be returning to Miami? and probably wouldnt have time to meet? "....this person spoke quickly and hard to understand some of the information.  When I called to report the call, the local police officer googled this number and read the other complaints....wanted to add this hopefully no one has fallen for this SCAM!

okay got a call from this number today 855-510-2629...... starters i have a voip phone service not linked to my home or my name per say and they call me asking for me by name what the he**. i have not got any thing in the mail or e-mail. i have made mistakes in the past but i am working on fixing them, made the calls to the debt collectors and now this what the he**

These people are relentless.  I found an article online regarding this debt collecting scams and I recommend that all of you who receive these calls file a complaint to the FTC.  I'm sure if they get more than one complaint regarding "McCarthy Arbitration" they'll have to look in to it.

This is a fraud.  I called because I was getting messages left on my machine stating that there was a fraud investigation out for me.  When I returned the phone call I asked for documentation for a "loan" I supposedly took out and they refused to give me information.  Ryan Campbell got irate on the phone with me when I continued to ask questions and I hung up.  I have an identity theft protection subscription and if any fraud was picked up under my name I would've been notified.  This McCarthy Arbitration Company is a joke.

I received a call from 855-510-2629 requesting I give them a call back so they can arrange to serve me papers. I have on numerous occasions asked these people to come to my job and serve me these so called ?papers.? I also happen to work for an attorney?s office and asked for their assistance. One of my Attorney?s talked to this guy and tried to set up a formal meeting so he can serve my attorney and myself with these ?papers.? The guy gets an attitude and tells my attorney he has no say so in this and he will catch me at my house to serve me. (Which they are not supposed to do especially since I was willingly giving myself up to be served in front of an attorney) The guy never showed up and I never heard from them again until today. Same exact thing. I didn?t answer, I was at lunch, but I am not returning this call it is all a scam. I may have defaulted on a loan and if they get a judgment against me that?s all fine and dandy but do it the right way. If you threaten me all that would do is make me prolong the whole thing.

They keep calling saying they are going to serve my husband papers. Asked if they can send the paper work to us so we may have in wtitting. We should already have a copy of the information. Now, if I had a copy, do you think I would request another one? These people are unreal and they won't be getting a dime from either on of us.
