I just got  a Bill Williams call at my office.

A phone message was left for me at my brother's home:  978-463-3628 saying that he had legal documents for me and threatening that there would be action from Strafford County if I did not respond.  The phone number is 855-512-2951 file #VFG19370

keep getting calls im a defendant in a case and they will serve me at home or my place of employment. called my husband cell looking for me.

Oh this idiiot just called me and told me that he would embarrass me at my place of employment if I didn't respond to him within 24 hours.  He told me that he could "pop" up anywhere and wished me good luck.  These morons are real tough guys over the phone.

I keep getting phone numbers from this looking for a  member of my family...it is a scam.  just restrict your phone number per your phone company...ask them to block this phone number and your phone willl not receive any more phone calls.

Got a call leaving  a message stating they have been hired to find me regarding a legal matter that is pursuant with my county and that they were giving me a chance to contest and had to give a case number.  If they were allowing me to contest and it was with my county, they would have left a local number that is associated with my county court system.  How can these calls be stopped?

I have been getting the same kind of RUDE calls and they have been contacting family members as well. Is this leagal? and how can we stop the calls???

As stated by "fed up with this" No legitimate debt collector or entity representing a legal agency would leave confidential information on a voicemail. I've never returned the phone call and I'm assuming it will eventually stop, but this is certainly some kind of scam where people are using scare tactics to get personal information.

this number is a scam do not give them any info. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR BANKING INFO.

I got the same kind of a message but it is not for me.  the volume is low gave name Bill Williams.
warning me I have been notified.  Ummm  no, because that is not my name they asked for.  for them to give me someone elses personal information about a debt is ridiculous!!!!     they call from a restricted #.

This number is calling me at home, work and calling my family. They leave harassing messages. I wuld like to have this number blocked from contacting me.

This man keeps calling with warnings he is going to come to my home/business to serve me with legal paper work that I need to "sign" for.  Also states that my supervisor needs to be present as a witness. This is a bunch of crap!! #1- A real process server DOESN"T call ahead of time to warn you of a pending service of documents. #2- if there was a REAL legal case against me it is against the freakin law to leave such confidential information on voicemail and any one with 1/2 a BRAIN KNOWS THIS!!!!! #3- It is also against the law to serve someone at their place of business (and involve their supervisor) #4- It is against the law to harrass a person over a debt. Whoever these people are can go to H E L L and leave me alone!!! Send me a letter in the U.S. Mail and I will deal with the alleged debt.

Yes they called me with the same message, sound like a recorder and sometime when you call
the number is don't go through.  I think real companies don't do business this way, they leave
their name and the company they are calling from.  This is just some cheap collection agency
hired by perhalf a payday.  Anyone out thier with  payday loans, pay them if not sure these
companies will be calling you and your job, the are very low life people.  That dont mind
getting you fired from your job, beware, check out any person or company that say  you ole
them money, you have the right to see something in writing before you pay, never take their word.
if they cant show you what you are suppose to pay, then what are you paying and to who?

Rec call last week for a guy says he private investgator he adv me to call 855-512-2951 told me to gv them my case #...they they said i owe from old pay day loan. service arbitration was collecting to avoid judgement places against me

called me at work regarding a legal matter.  They promised to fax me paperwork regarding my file and did not receive anything until this day.  If you call back they will reply they are backed up and I should receive it shortly

Called my cell and left voicemail regarding a supposed legal issue.  Does anyone know who these people are?  I don't have any reason for a legal issue that I'm aware of.
