Not sure who this is but they called my friend and left this number. How did they get my friends number?

Receiving numerous calls  from NAS LLC, suspicious call, very annoying

Called me before 8am.  Illegal.  Very inconsistant with their information.  I asked them to email everything they have.  What is the best way to report them for calling before 8AM?

Got a call tonight from this number. Decided to look it up first. Seems to be a scam as I would never give my social over the phone. If they keep calling I will report them.

I received a text message from them today saying "let us help you" and to contact them. I just filed emergency bankruptcy so should I even worry?  

Receiving harassing calls from them at my parents and brothers house.

I received a text from NAS, LLC collection agency. I will be reporting them to our Legal Aid Deppartment. I am sick of having these text messages or calls.I didn't call them back, I always check on the internet and it shows they are a scam.

check the laws in your state concerning payday loans in some states criminal prosecution is not allowed, if the debt is out of statute they can't do anything. if it's less than 600. dollars they can't even report it to the IRS

I got a call from this number at work for my husband I happen to be the receptionist that answers the calls me and my husband work togather. A lady by the name of fernanda with terrible english(im hispanic mind you) she said she need to speak to him about a very important matter looked it up its a scam they try and get you to pay a debt for check n go, beside it sounds quite fishy how all these people have hispanic names

Calling my new cell number, which has been assigned to me by ATT.  Apparently the prev. person is a deadbeat as I have gotten a boat load of calls for her.  I tell them this is no longer her number.  They keep calling.  I think I can sue for harassment after notifying them

This number belongs to National Attorney Services they will text you from different phone numbers with the same message.  YOUR NAME, it is Urgent for you to call NAS for an very sensitive matter... 855-525-0900 ext. ### Ref# ######. Then they will call you claiming they are Attorneys and they have a judgement, they are going to file against you for a defaulted installment loan from Check n Go, they won't tell you how much you owe, when I explained to her that the new manager at the Check n Go store refused to accept payments as they said it had went into collections. She told me they could attach my disability and sieze all my assests car, furniture clothing, etc. with this judgement. Since they claim to be attorneys you need to File a complaint with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and to the FCC:
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints trust me they are aware and collecting information for prosecution.

We just got this cell number and these textes just started . I know we owe no one anything and it does not say our name. Reported it to the scam line and if we get one today will demand Verizon give us a new number !!! This is a scam !!!

It's a scam, they try to scare you into giving them your credit card information for a debt that doesn't exist!  They call me about my son saying that he got a cash advance and closed his checking account without paying them, that I co-signed on his cash advance.  My son never took out a cash advance, he hasn't had a checking account for 6 years and I only co-signed on a car loan that he never got.

Yes they have but only worry if they never say possible maybe if potential all theSe words are purport used so they can't be messed over if they say u ARE then you can report them to attorney generals office and if try say u are it has to be a 228 file if it it it's a legal court document up for the litigation but if in the conversation they continue to say possible maybe potential if .... You aren't going to court it's just a strategy!

And no they cannot release any info on your file to anyone except a husband  wife POA or urself or anyone who can acknowledge that they are you by confirming a previous or current address and or last 4 of social

Someone from this # keeps calling and harrassing, and texting...for something we know nothing about. It needs to stop.

Three things things you can do:

First--forward the texts to 7726. It will be investigated and blocked by your cell phone carrier.

Second--File a complaint with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and to the FCC:

Third--send them a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested warning them if the calls do not stop, you will file suit against them for harassment.

I'm only writing to add one more complaint to these people.   Constant text messages, posing as attorneys, threatening legal actions.  Welcome to the free world where people can do anything they want to harrass you and you can't do anything to stop them.

I've been receiving calls from Alexis Torres from National Attorney.... 855-525-0900 ext. 278 they also sent me a few messages stated "URGENT MATTER".....this woman is so annoying...she had also called relatives....she is very intimidating, but I know, it's not legal to be calling people and be telling them, that they will take them to court....

These people are so annoying, they've been calling me and texting me as it if was some sort of criminal matter...they even called a friend of mine and she got scared....but the weird thing is that when this particular woman who called me, she wouldn't give me any information about a civil matter unless I gave her my personal information, such as my social security number....unreal, the last time she called me I was upset and told her off...she tried to intimidate me by saying she was calling from this NATIONAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, but I said to her, don't  freaking call me anymore and then she said, I will send you a subpoena to go to court and I said, yes, please do that....

I don't appreciate getting a text message from a bill collector POSING as an attorney!!! I have an unlimited text plan with my current service, but what about people who don't??? Is that even legal???? A**holes!!!!

I have been getting them also, saying that it is a serious matter and that I need to call. I think that if its legal they should mail us something through mail validating the matter. I never give my information out over the phone.
