This number keeps texting me and asking me to call this number also sent my sisters names to have then call. I called back and they said I or my sisters had an open case in court.

I have received several messages from this number over thet past year.  I have text back wrong number to no avail!  Message is always same " Preciado Juan Antonio, Urgent to call National Attorney Service on a sensitive matter Llame por un asunto muy declicaso al 1-855-525-1500 ext 276 case #2519343.
