No,  you are not Excused!    Pending issues....my foot.  You are a SHILL  and shame on you for Endorsing such a scam.   If you had paid for such a farce,  then you were scammed and you are also a fool.

No they are not legit!  This scam is getting old,   the threats of summons with jail time.   When they call back you tell them that you do not discuss anything without their names,  physical address, Phone number (Other than the old 855  scam number)  and definately not until they provide written verifiable validation of  the debt and their claim.  When they threaten to serve you with a summons,  tell them to bring it on, you'll have the coffee read.  The scammers have been so successful with this threatening scheme, that it's become a full time busines for them.  They depend on frightening the beejeebees out of you because like most,  you probably don't know your rights and what is legit and what is not.  Call your local DA  or Authorities and advise them of what is happening.   Do not give them any information and let them know that a pay day  just isn't going to happen with you.

They are legit. They are a litigation firm of some sort. They were nice to me, and kept my case outside court. I paid restitution, and it was done with. Thank god!

i also received a call on 10/25, they are calling themselves Providence litigation out of Fairfax Virginia, I have searched and have no sure company.  They advised that the authories would be coming to home or work to serve me but could not even give me a website to validate they are a legimate company.

Received a call stating they were Providence litigation in Fairfax virginia, would not provide a web site address and threatened to serve me with summons at my workplace or home, trying to find out if this is a valid company
