I did a quick google on the name you gave. There is a Kenny Leigh & Associates listed for Florida. They are men's Divorce Attorney's.  It is not unusual for extortion scammers to use a real attorney's name or business name.

Really? What did they serve you?  Was it Roast Beef?  A nice juicy beef steak?  Hamburgers?

Just got a call from them at my WORK wanting to talk to my supervisor stating I was going to have papers served to me that I was being prosecuted WTF I have no idea who they are but feel so much better seeing everyones post

They just called and gave me a file number and used my maiden name? looked up their number and found this page. THey also called me mr and mrs with my maiden name. random

This number called stating mine and my mothers name, saying that there was a complaint filed against us involved in a lawsuit and we were required to provide documents. Freaked out at first but after reading these posts it definitely feels like a scam!!!!

Called the number. I have no recollection of the debt they say I owe (from 2007). Spoke to "Jason Bradshaw", he was very rude and condescending. He refused to send me validation of the debt, saying I was just trying to stall. Told me that he would give me to 5pm same day to call around and validate it myself before he sued me. Told me I was a bad person for "not paying my debt" and that he had just (right then) decided to recommend that they continue with the lawsuit and maybe I would listen when the judge "brings the hammer down." I hung up on him after repeatedly asking him not to be rude. I will be reporting them to my state AG office and anyone else whom I need to.

It's a scam.  REAL process servers do NOT call you ahead of time - they just show up, unannounced.  And if you were being sued, you'd have received USPS snail mail from an attorney's office - you wouldn't learn about it via phone call.

I received the same call this morning and I just ignored it. next time they call you tell them you are wasting your cell phone minutes and you are taking actions against them. They can call you at work or cell is completely illegal.

 This low rent scum called and threatens "legal action" on some matter that has NOTHING to do w me. I wrote a quick letter including date, time and their phone number to my local district attorney.Along with a breif description of what happened.  He probably won't read it but somebody in his office will.

Got a call from this number that said that someone is lodging a complaint against me and if I didn't call back they would be forced to take action to make decisions without my consent or participation.  SCAM!!!

Someone just called saying they had a warrant for me at a past address. I called and it says legal dept but nothing else. SCAM!!

Caller said they have a warrant/sermon to be served on me for Monday and call the number with a account number they left.
