These people calls my job every day saying there going sue me and come to my jod, also they have contacted my parish I dont owe any money. I wish they would not coll my jbo with this crazy S....!

These people are scum. They called my wife acting like they have already spoken to the HR dept and they are saying that she is being sued civilly for criminal charges for a defaulted payday loan.

IF you speak to these dicks, DO NOT give them any information. This has come from the NC Attorney General as well as common sense. Ask for a physical address to handle all inquires and lie to them and tell them you want to mail them a certified check that you got from the court house. They will not give you one.

They are also calling state processing and summons division as their employer.

I've checked all civil complaints against me in the area, as well as called my local sheriff and they have NOTHING.
