It is seems that maybe he might have changed his mo. I received a text message that Secret Shoppers were needed in my area, and this stop4opout.com address. Now that I have decided to look it up I find all of your post with the same phone number, and web address, different motive.

It a scam. Identity thieft. The scammer will ask for a bank account number or credit card number to pay for shipping and handling or insurance on the card. He will take all of the money out of the account. He will never send you a gift card.
