My sister, in a different state called me and said that a man called her landline and told my niece he was a detective trying to help get me out of "trouble" and was asking her questions.  Then left this number for my sister to call him back.  

A lady then told her that they have been trying to "serve" me with court docs on a case that was filed for fraudulent info I provided.  

Is this the way debt collection is supposed to be?  What the $%#@

Just received a call from "Investigator Washington".  Refered to me by an old married name from 11 years ago.  Says that there are two charges being filed against me.

I have got a call from the Same Place and Called My Mother In Law over 5 yrs ago,

Received a call from Mr.Farley also left a message asking for a person also saying something about him being a fraud investigator and court papers but had litle info to give me.  Why would anybody pay for something with no info??????  Watch out for this one!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from a Mr. Finley, fraud investigator, for  a "Jerry". If I din't contact a "plantiif" they were going to instigate charges against "Jerry".
