If they want to leave threatening voicemails on YOUR phone and YOUR work place, pay it forward. This man said his name was Donald, he said he was "monitoring my email remotely" to which I responded by continuously calling him Muhammed, Akmed, Bora Bora, etc. I actually let him talk for most of the time acting super scared and interested then I screwed with him and begged him for help. He told me (KEEP IN MIND I NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN) that if I went to a cvs, walgreens, walmart and bought something called a Money Pak loaded it with money then gave him the account number so he could verify "my trust factor" he would "CANCEL THE LAWSUIT"!!!!!!! lmao while he was spewing bs I googled Money Pak and basically once you give someone the number they take the money out and YOU NEVER GET IT BACK. So I bought a card loaded .69 cents onto it and when he was "verifying my trust" he asked why .69 cents to which I responded, "Oh, its 69 cents so you and the guy sitting next to you can go f*** yourselves". Then I wished him a happy new year and hung up. TITS.

KEEP GETTING THE SAME CALLS AS OTHERS. HOW DO WE MAKE IT STOP. I BLOCKED THE NUMBER BUT THEY KEEP CALLING MY JOB

Just received a call from 855-547-3675 and i didnt answer the phone and sent it to voicemail. When i listened to the voicemail there was a man with a heavy indian/middle eastern accent named steven clark stating that i had a pending lawsuit against me.. he also claimed that i shouldnt disregard this call because i am being sued and it was very seriesous. so i called him back and he acted like i was bothering him when i called back. he was very rude and asked for my phone number. he claimed that i had a defaulted loan from an online payday loan. i told him that i didnt do any payday loan. he said then there must have been a mistake and there wont be anymore calls.

Caller stated he was looking for the Rossignol residence, left threatening and rude message. Called back and same person answered. When I attempted to ask him to stop calling and that he had the wrong number - he said something rude and hung-up. Heavy accent - middle eastern or Asian is my guess.

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

People...People....People.....It is a damn scammer not even located in the USA.  If he is calling your place of employment,  make your supervisor,  manager and/or  HR department aware with a written letter describing the harassment and your inability to get them to stop.  Then the balls is in their corner.   "Termination without cause is Illegal".... I have been receiving the same calls at work and on my cell phone. He knows my social security number, that is not good. Where do these people get our information? I thought this was all confidential I don't give it out unless it is for government or state purposes.

855-547-3675 I have gotten call from  these people and my daughter. They are calling our jobs, threatening jail time, $20,000 in court fees. Saying we got a loan for payday loan place we never heard of for $3000. Yeah right never gotten a $3000 loan in our lives. They are very rude people who you can tell that's not from the USA. my daughter was scared to death, she didn't know what was going on. They wont stop calling

THEY KEPT CALLING MY JOB ALSO SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO GARNISH MY WAGES.

These people keep calling me and threatening me with my social security number and if I do not call them it will be hell on me. The guys name is supposedly Harvey Jones. I am so sick of the threats. I have already took this before to the Sheriff and they are trying to help me. I will be calling my detective again tomorrow and tell him what is going on again. Enough is enough. So if you get a call from 855-547-3675 do not answer that call and they will leave you a very nasty message. It is not worth the worry.

The person is calling our hospital asking for a certain person, he screams, he is very rude, he has called one department over 30 times.  We are alerting our local PD he is really horrible. He says his name is Carl Wilson but he sounds like is in a big room and speaks with a heavy arab type accent.  

Yes I recieved it again this morning and i answered and I told him that who they asked for is an employee and that this is not her home number and they insisted on talking with her and I told him that the employees are not allowed to receive personal calls unless its an emergency and he yelled and said pass me over to her you don;t know that this is a personal call. I told him she is a janitor sir and she wouldn't do business with  the burea of crimes.  Thats what he said it was . So I told him I will get your information and pass it on to her supervisor when she comes out of her meeting and he got all bent out of shape and said no get her out of her meeting now and let me talk to her.  So I just hung up on him and then he kept redialing back to me.  I just reported it to the FBI because its fraud season everyone. People are looking to get money for the holidays.

Keep receiving calls from this number and they are harrassing with fake information.

Keep recieving the same call one right after the other and the guy on the other side cant even talk clearly, I think the call is from overseas or something. Very Annoying. I let the phone ring and it rang and they keppt calling back 7 times.  I picked up once and told them to stop calling because this was a place of work and no personal calls and he yells and says i don;t have a home number and he hung up
