esta compania te llama te sofoca y es mentira primero te llama on un numero con el area code de miami fl 786 y cuando los llamas el telefono no funciona te dejan un mensaje diciendote que lo llame a este otro numero el 855-564-9121 no le hagan caso son unos fraudolentos

These people from pay day loan they been harassing me in my job my cell phone telling me that I'm going to jail and they going to my job to arrest me and they call my boyfriend telling that Im charge of fraudulent check my boyfriend was ceiling out asking me.what I do with that check I have a big problem

we are a old couple  my husband is 63  i'm 61 we been paying untill oct but  we having heath problems and the hospital and medicen been too much ,noe  they are calling me every day  harassing us calling my house my husband jod he is extrimily sick have a diabetis  ,high blood pression  .Today thry call  and talked my  husband if we dont pay untill wed they going to came with the sheriff to take  all the sttuf.please  they can do that ?

Miss Michelle told me about this company called Capital Management Services. and amenaso me that I have to pay a loan that telling me I need my number and credit card upon payment if I receive a legal letter where I will take you to court and you also know where I live and where I work that if payments do not I will come to arrest and I'm going to end up in jail. and i was researching and that is a fraud. talk to BBB., a Federal Trade Commission and the General Atternoty. also talk to the actual company and they told me that I am not in the system. Please do not believe any of this and immediately report it. The real company says you never amenasan much less you will find your home or work. the person I speak is called, Capital Management Services. Call 1-855-548-9554 ext.367 and Michell. report all, if you cren is a fraud and please do not give your personal information. thanks for this space.

well i was called by this company and I thought this was a fraud and the sheriff showed up at my job to serve me with a summons to appear in court.... i called them back and paid the money..otherwise i would have had to have $5000 before the end of the business day....they took the payment and kept me outta court...

Yea they are real u better pay them back cause u will go to court cause i did and had to pay all of it back in full by 5pm i was so mad but hey i did take the loan out so its done and over with

They are not fraud they are actually telling the truth i did research and its a real company.
If u didnt pay your payday loan back they contact capital management to take you to court its true cause i didnt pay them back and had to go to court

They called my Boss just a little bit ago, stating they were gonna come to my job looking for me.  My Boss told them to go pound salt, if they showed up, the police would be a few seconds behind them thru the door to remove them, not to call back.  These people really have some nerve!

Thanks for your comments, they tried to get me too, and I also paid my debt to the company I owed. I went along with their game for a minute because I wanted to see what they would say.  It is ashame how much of your information can get out and these people collect money on their own behalf and have nothing to do with the company you owe the debt too!!

They called my 75 year old mother, claiming if I didn't call them I was going to jail. yelling at her calling her a liar. Wouldn't givve her the name of the company just the woman that called name.

These people are thieves. They are a fake law firm. They go by Capital Management Services, Capital management litigation firm. They are making threats to sue on out of stat debt. They tried to tell me they were going to have me arrested. I paid this debt off almost two years ago. I tracked down the rightful owner of the the account by starting at the payday loan office. Any way thought you should all know these guys are completely full of crap.
