Basically looking to get you to sell your shares in FRONTIER, and you'd think probably a variety of  other companies too.  Last I looked at the offer for FRONTIER, it was a horrible deal.  But, maybe it works for others.  I'd certainly love to be on the other end though getting deals like this.
