These people are scum.
My Grandmother received the exact same postcard from York, PA as described above (100 gift savings to Wal-Mart or Target)
Unfortunately, she gave her credit card information-- and they charged something to "iStore" with a phone number of 877-478-6477. This phone leads to "discountrewards.com". I have no idea if they are affiliated.

I just know these people are scum who feed on the elderly.

Received this postcard in the mail delivered by my local USPS Postman with a Presort First-Class U.S. Postage PAID, York, PA Permit No. 447 marking in upper right corner.  Wonder why the USPS is delivering their mail? Certainly someone has reported them to the USPS, especially someone who has taken the additional step of calling them?

I work retail loss prevention and can tell you this is a scam, do not call the number and do not give out any personal info! I had a poor elderly woman that came in with a post card with this 855 number, that required her to call in to redeem a 100.00 target gift card. She stated that when she called they asked for her social security number and other personal info. When you think about it, you know you did not enter any sweepstakes like this! Protect yourself and your personal info by throwing it in the trash!

I too received a post card stating I had won a 100.00 gift card which i could use at Target or Walmart.  I called the number and they asked me for a credit card number.  They said all I had to do was pay the $4.95 activation fee, then asked for a credit card.  I told them there was no available money on my credit card.  They said they could accept the credit card number anyway because it was only for verification purposes.  I hung up.  I decided to call backa and block my number the person that answered said the name of the company was Extra Rewards, Phoenix, AZ. ... still hung up

I received a post card from 855-560-4874 telling me to call this number to receive a reward of $100.00 in gift savings good at Wal-Mart or Target in my name.  Since I did not enter anything, I can't believe that I have won something.  I am very suspicious.  I just would like to know who sent me the postcard.  They have my address.
