My mom and I keep getting calls from this place.. they call 3 or 4 times in a row and wont stop until you answer. They said they had legal documents that need to be served for an old friend of mine who I have little to no contact with. They had my cell # and my home address???? I got a hold of my friend and told her what was going on. Gave her the number they gave me for her to call back which was 855-563-6204. She states she called and they asked her for personal information which she did not give and they wouldn't tell her either what this was all about! how can I get them to stop calling? anyone??????

My oldest son got a call from this number yesterday it showed as unknown on his phone and they left a message about a clerks office and papers being served. Then my youngest son got the same call but for his older brother with the same message. Today I got the same call but it was for me, same message. Then my youngest son got the call for me, same message. I told them both to ignore them, because they are not really saying who they are or anything.

They did serve me , after I got the papers I called and they said they couldnt help me at that point

Tried to restrict his number and call me.  Then when I made him give me this number he cited 855-563-6204.  He started asking me about a tenant that lived in one of my rent houses.  He told me it didn't matter that he was going to go out there and serve them.  I told him go ahead and try at his own risk.

I got the same call twice now and the last time was this morning and I got into a heated argument with the person on the other end.  He wouldn't answer my questions regarding the call and when I refused to give him my name he got mad and started to argue with me even more. In the end, he just hung up on me because he realized that I wasn't buying his crap!

Numerous family members and old roommates of mine where contacted by this number trying to reach me. They repeatedly harassed and even made threats towards people trying to get a hold of me. Claiming to be lawyers and threatening to have them subpoena to court for not giving information on me. After contacting this company myself they threatened me and my family including my children, who are minors. Very unethical and breaking many laws. They even gave out personal information to an old roommate of mine! There has got to be a way to file a complaint!

Claimed to be from a company called Private Processing Center.  Later claimed as a clerk and threaten to sue.

I got call from same number saying they wanted to serve me. I thought it was odd because I have no reason to be served.

Tried to collect debt using harsh & unethical tactics.  Violated every single fair collection rules.
Don't be afraid of their "summon" threads.
If they indeed sue you, just GO TO COURT to defend your case.  They have NOTHING to fight against you.
