I do not ever want to deal with this company again. They messed up my delivery and Walmart gave me back the delivery charge because of this.  

Very terrible company, no one is answering the phone, then how could one schedule the appointment!,,,,

This company calls us nearly every day, sometimes twice a day leaving a message saying that the insulation we ordered is ready to ship.  We did not order any insulation from anyone!  I left a message on the weekend to not call us again as we did not place the order.  Now on Monday, they call again, and there is no way to leave a message this time.  What a way to run a business!!

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. This is the third time that they were suppose to deliver my treadmill, and once again they canceled. They claim to be a delivery service but apparently they didn't realize that being a delivery company actually means you have to deliver things. That makes sense considering the level of moron I had to deal with on every occasion. This inconvenience has forced me to cancel my delivery and to cancel my order with Nordic Track. I truly hope the treadmill fits snug when I personally jam it up your a##. Don't ever deal with this company, and if this is who Nordic Track hires to take care of their business, stay away from them as well. They won't do anything for me and claim it is out of their hands. Well...you lost my business on both fronts and will make sure to tell everyone that I know about this ordeal and forbid them from ever doing business with either company.

This number is for Estes shipping. It's the company that is delivering my treadmill. According to their website they deliver anytime anywhere, yet they called and said they can't find anyone to deliver my treadmill on the day we set up for delivery. So far I'm not impressed at all with this company. They said they will let me know the day before its to be delivered if they can find anyone. So far I hate this company!!! Be weary if they call because its probably not good news if u set up a delivery date!!!'
