Called me at 4:36 am-to tell me I lost my credit card and said if I wanted to renew it I should enter my credit card number. I hung up and called back..the computer voice said member services..did not identify themselves. I hung up

I called the number back and there's an awful automated message that acts as if it's trying to identify you. You have the option to push a button to speak with "Member Services" which leads to a voicemail for a white trash sounding woman prompting you to leave a message. Obvious scam.

I got a call too at 12:39am. I didn't answer. I hear MasterCard had another hacking recently. I have a MC debit card. I'm gonna call my bank.

Received a call from this number at 3:30 am. Didn't pick up

My husband and I both got a call from this number this morning. Very corny, obviously scamming, prompt that said our mastercard was "locked." Just hung up.

855-569-6311 called at 2:01 A.M. this morning!  I had already blocked a different 855 number that has been calling for the past couple of weeks.  I called it back from a different phone and blocked my caller ID and it was a recording saying they weren't currently available, and to leave a call back number.  Identified themselves only as "Member Services."

This number called me last night at 1:00 AM and said "we regret to inform you that your debit Mastercard has been locked" and then hung up.  No identification as to what debit Mastercard they were talking about, company they were calling for.  Needless to say I'm P!SSED.

I know 6 people that received the same calls last night.  I don't  even have a debit card. Scary. I think this needs to be reported

This number called me telling me that my debit card had been locked and asked me to enter my card number.  I called the number back and it said it was "member services" and tried to locate my account with my phone number.

Got a call that my MasterCard was locked!!! Figured it was a scam so I just hit pound and it told me the # wasn't recognized to please renter carefully!!! Please don't fall for this!!!

I have 5 cell phones that all start with same prefix, family answered 2 that they stated mastercard was locked, other 3 ignored call with no msg left. Definitely Phishing. Recording claimed they were from Members services

A recorded message told my my MasterCard was "locked", and to press 1 to be transferred to someone who would unlock it. Not having a MasterCard made this phone scam pretty easy to detect for me, but I hope the scumbag b*****ds don't suck in others.

I received a call from this number at 11:40 pm, on my cell phone. It was an automated call, saying "this is member services, please enter your account number"   I tried to call back 3 times, and only got their "we're not here message"

This is 100% a scam. SCAM!!!

This group refers to themselves as a number of differenent companies. Never give any that calls you your account information. Thank them for calling. Get any information you can on them and report them to your bank or the FDIC. NEVER provide a stranger with your personal information like account number, date of birth or visa numbers! Be smart

I got a call today saying that my mastercard was locked and when I called them back they couldn't find anything with my number!!  They wanted my account number but I didn't give it to them

These people called me at 9 pm last night. I did not think they were supposed to call that late.

Go to your bank, tell them you have unauthorized charges, demand your bank claw the charges back and replace your card, scammers have it and you can be charged again.

I would suggest that you start by cutting them off at your bank.  Then work on getting things cancelled.

I only want to cancel before they charge me $29.95 again, and I have no clue why.  My bank statement said it was called advantage reading
