Called my work and told a co-worker he needs to speak to me about some hot checks and that I have 48 hours or it will be turned over to the district attorney. I think it's from a loan taken out years ago. How embarrassing to give that information to my co-worker.

Called me saying that I owed money on a credit card that I wasn't mine and stated I if I didn't settle the debt with them I was being sued and possible criminal charges.

I RECIEVED A CALL SAYING THAT I WAS PASSING BAD CHECKS ON A CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAVE NOT BEEN DOING THAT.
