After reading these posts I dont know what to believe. I can say that I was served with a court summons related to the same charges for a worthless check. The man who came to my house was real, the papers were real, I just dont know if I owe these people or if someone stole my identity. I do have to appear in court however.

bs to you X cuz i just spoke to the atty with this company and they sent me all the pertinent info regarding my case via fax...i authenticated them w/ the state and these people are serious. they had a website capitallitigationgroup.com, the sheriff came to my house and served a summons to appear which i had already settled with them so they had to fax documents over to show that this was taking care of and thats how i know they are for real....shaun you must want to go to jail....loser

These people are calling from Capitol Litigation Group. I had a summons to appear in court on financial charges. I was able to settle out of court to avoid possibly going to jail.
