I got the same thing. Phone 855-604-3979. Number is 258. Same recording. When I asked questions the "person" hung up on me. SCAMMMMMM

same nicole story employee 258, asked for visa or master card, i said no and then they hung up.
(i guess this is same as 855 604 3979 ext 70)
My number is on various job sites as I am looking for a job, they did not have any other info than my cell number

I received a call from  619-900-1647---she said her name was Nicole and employee ID was 258, and the company number is 1-855-604-3979---- when you call neither number works at all. And they sound like they are from the Middle East somewhere...... Nicole said I won $100.00 and $50.00 gift card from some surveys I took. I have not taken any surveys. They then began to ask personnel questions and then for credit info one time small fee to send out the cards for different online stores................ I hung up! (SMH)

Exactly the same as pretty much everyone else here: Same names, agent numbers, and so forth. How about shutting these guys down? FCC form filled out. Let's all do our part to jail these (*&$#(*.

I got the same call with the same story. While I was on the phone with them I pulled up the phone number they were calling from 619-900-1645 and then the 855-604-3979 and figured out that was a scam so I hang up on them when they started asking for my personal information.

Highly pissed and calling every possible avenue to tallk to these idiots got a call from this number and they said you did a software update on your cricket phone and we were calling to give you 100 gift card and 50 dollar restaurant. they got me with the cricket. they must be connected to our phone service somehow. anybody else here wit cricket service?

They called my work cell as well. I got Nichole #258 then a girl named Tara who did not provide me an employee number. I thought they sounded different but regardless I told her I was broke until I get paid tomorrow amd she just hung up on me...

Just got the same phone call with the same people (Nicole and Mary Jane). I was just a victim of the Target issue, so I denied any form of payment, yelled at "Mary Jane" and hung up. Weird thing is, this is a company cell phone.

Filled out the FCC complaint firm in hopes they can do something about this.

I just got a call from them. I was excited because I actually DID fill out a survey for Rite Aid to receive a possible $100 gift card, BUT once they asked for a credit card... CLICK... I hung up.
I got the pleasure of "talking" with Nicole and Sarah Jane... lol

Got the phone call from 619 900 1646 just a few minutes ago. How strange....'Nichole' (employee # 258) sounds EXACTLY like 'Sarah Jane' (employee # 38). I mentioned that and got the response 'That's great!'. Asked for my birthdate and all that other crap and I said "No, I refuse." Then 'Sarah Jane' hung up on me. I almost cried.........

Same thing.  Call came in from 619-900-1649 but the number they used in their recording process was 855-604-3979  

Highly scripted gibberish about sending us gift cards, asking questions about ages and medical dispensation of people in the household.  'Customer Service Company' that then eventually transfers you to the 'Accredited Shipping Company' that asks for address, name, and shortly thereafter for sure was the credit card charge that would have forthcoming.

Got the same phone call today. It was obvious that it is not a live person and the whole conversation is a recording. I asked what company they are from they said accredited customer service. When they said they are giving $100 gift card and a bonus $50 dining card it already seems that something is wrong when they ask you your birthday and address. I gave the wrong information and after that they asked for a credit card for a shipping fee of less than $2. While I was on the phone with them as I ask several questions it seems that they kept playing the recording but kept giving me the wrong answer. When I said I would like to google them first and I asked the call back no its 18556043979 I tried call8ing it back and the recording says that they are only open from 9-5pm. They said they are an accredited customer service based on Wyoming but the caller ID on my cell is 619-900-1643 this came us as San Diego Area and when I tried calling it back it is number that is not in service. THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!! Anything that calls you and tells you that you won and is asking for personal info such as address and birthday so as a credit card is definitely a scam.

This person said that I filled out a survey and I would be getting a $100 gift card to clothing stores and a $50 gift card for dining. She then had me go through a "different" representative to activate the gift cards. (they both sounded the same.) They then went back and forth thru a live person and a recording to ask me my birthday, name, and address. No POX allowed. They then said that they just need a one time fee of $1.70 to process the cards, activate them, as well as ship them to my house. I told them that I will not be providing a credit card over the phone, they never told me what there company was in the first place. I said that i believe that it is a scam and I will no longer be participating in this phone call. They said that they will wave the fee and send it out in 10-14 days.
