Jessica called me from my employment today stating that she had told me and Delores that she wanted to meet with the both of us today at my employment and that she paged this Delores person. She called me from my place of employment giving me 5 minutes to come there or she will question everyone at work. She never set up an apponment with me. This is the first I've heard of her.

Got a call from Nicole Henderson on 1/16/2013 at 4:23pm CST saying she was enroute to my residence and or place of employment but, and these are her exact words, "I looked up and saw that you had not updated your information in the file and I was wonder why that was".

She proceeded to state that she had no choice except to return my file to the complaining party and after that there would be nothing she could do to help me because I was non-compliant.  She said I needed to call 855-604-6280 and reference order number 307-XX-XXXX-XXXXX.

This fool had MAJOR ATTITUDE when she called and left this message!!!

I got a message on my phone from a lady who didn't leave her name and acted mystified - it was clearly an act - because she had stopped by my house earlier and neither myself nor my friend "Matt Jones" were there to accept her process papers. If we didn't call her back and give her the apartment number, we would be in "non-compliance", whatever that means. I don't know any Matt Jones. This is clearly a scam of some kind.

I received a call this morning, 14 January 2013 @ 9:25 am, at my home phone number in which they have stating they wanted her to call 855-604-6280. They had a Case Number and a sob story and asking my friend to contact them to give them more information.

This "Amber" person called my work today, as soon as I answered the phone she had a MAJOR attitude. I told her that she cannot call me at work, she can call my cell phone, and she started yelling at me.  I hung up on her and she continued to call back at least 10 more times until my co-worker answered the phone. She then proceeded to tell her all about this serving me a subpena and that she needed to speak with my supervisor. She wanted to let her know that she felt threatened to come to my work because of how she was treated on the phone.
First of all, you are full of it, second of all a "Process Server" is NEVER going to call to "Schedule" a time to meet with you....GIVE ME A BREAK!
DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE.....THEY ARE SCANDALOUS!!!
