You really should invest in call-blocking device for your landline.  It will be money well-spent.  They cost between $60-100.  With some call-blockers, only callers using numbers you input into the device will be allowed to call you.  All other calls will be blocked.

This is a multiple scam operation.  They purported to be a company called www.smarttechsecuritysolutions.com.  Said our computer was infected with malware/trojan horse...said they were referred by Comcast.  Unfortunately my husband (83 years old) gave them remote access to our computer and signed 2 electronic checks in the amount of $2,400.  I closed bank account and thus they were not able to cash electronic checks and had our computer operating system erased and re-installed.  Everyone who answered phone at that number had an Indian accent and said they were a service center located in India.

They also call from a Canadian number at times, located in Ontario Canada with name of Dilligent Solut.  The number is associated with the fraudsters.

after confronting them about the scam, and taking my hard earned money, and cursing them out they still want to talk and call my phone! i work for the sheriffs office and they clearly stated that this was a scam .. I researched the company that debited the card and it doesn't exist. What made me suspect fraud is they took the payment 2 days earlier than it was expected and they took more money!!! The hefer even tried to be nice !!!! they will try and trick you.! they are full of s***... i cancelled the card and filed a fraud on the card.. These people are so convincing they wanna set up payment plans and everything to take your money!!! I asked them to send me a copy of what I owe to my email, they sent me a copy of the payment plan.. wth??? the company logo is not valid..it doesn't even exist!! I stalked them like they stalk me and I called to ask them for an address they argued with me trying to find out what i wanted it for ... any company that is legit will not mind giving you an address.. or will not argue with you about it.. After i asked for the chick who made this payment plan, she has 3 names kimberly, amanda scott, and april moore they are all the same person  !!  Do not let these mofos take your hard earned money !!! If an unknown number calls your number do not answer or give them no info !! if its an unknown number it is most likely a SCAM!!!  a true bill collector will start by saying "THIS CALL MAY BE MONITORED FOR QUALITY PURPOSES" ! They aren't even credited by the better business bureau!!!!You dont hear any of that !!! I hate when you work for everything and someone tries to take it from you!!!! Please people dont let this happen to you please!

Victoria Simmons is going to verify my work and and home address.  Threatening to call my family and references and said I was officially notified.  Gave a reference number.  I called the number 855-619-0700 and asked for the name of the company.  The guy said, Firestone Legal Services.  I then asked was it a process serving company or a law firm.  He said, yes, a process serving company.  Now, if they tell you that you can call the company back that is trying to sue you at 855-619-0700, then why would the company that is trying to sue you not be the company to answer the phone.  Instead, what I got was the process serving company.  So, you want me to call the process serving company, verify my information and then let you give me the information.  You can do nothing for me, not even verify a debt, but you give me your number instead of the creditor's number....and you are a process server that leaves threatening messages??  She sounded like a pompous a**.  Oh well, if I owe I will pay, but it will not be through some business called Firestone Legal Services.

How do these people figure that they can call your place of employment after you have told them to stop and have informed them that you have an attorney and to contact them, I say this is something the governement needs to look into and stop immediately, they can figure out that Sadaam is hiding in a hole, but they can not figure out how to stop people from stealing peoples information and trying to scam them.

Just got a call from Thomas Crown saying he was a court appointed attorney. Asked to speak with my wife, stated he was going to serve her a subpoena for a check that she supposedly wrote in 2010? He also contacted a friend of ours and threatened him with a subpoena as well, stating to him the he was a court appointed attorney and trying to reach my wife. Would not give her any information as to who he was collecting this check for???? then became rude as hell...I have never heard of a " court appointed attorney"acting in this manner. She tells him that she would talk to me and try and figure out what "check" was written in 2010 for this huge amount. He than began to tell her she needed to call him back within the hour but wouldn't give her a contact number to call back. Sounds very fishy to me.....the number he called from was 253-272-2053.....

I recieved calls from this guy JD Morgan 2 years ago. I told him to stop scamming the USA. I never did get anything. JD Morgan sent me a message about 3 months ago on Facebook. I sent a message back saying I'm not falling for your scam. And if he messages me again I was going to get him for harrassment. Now today I get a message from JD Morgan that said. "I am a transvestite" I sent a message back that stated I am getting JD Morgan for harrassment. Grow Up and Get a life. He sent another message that said I can call him at 855-619-0700. I blocked JD Morgan. I wish they would get in trouble for scamming people but since they are probably in another country they won't.

This is a SCAM! DO NOT ever give these people your credit card number. Tell them to send you proof of this debt to your home address(which they should have if it is a legit debt). SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not give them money. They are using scare tatics to scam you out of cash. They need to provide you with a company name and adress and phone number. Any legit business would have no problem doing this. WISE UP! It's a scam!
