However, you did make one comment that appears to be true "unfortunately I will be going to court tho" --- yes, for some criminal matter like wire fraud "lol" ---- no one will ever be going to court regarding a call form this number.

I received these calls as well, it was in regards to an upcoming court date I didn't even know about. I received and signed for my docs and all they were was details about a law suit. Its a good thing I got the call otherwise i would have not known about my court date and missed it.Based off my experience I wouldn't say its a scam lol unfortunately I will be going to court tho :(

They called different people asking for me, they mentioned legal action against me. I call that number 8556340334 and they start asking me personal information so be careful, Must be Scam!!!!!!

I get three to four calls a day for the past month from a unkown caller and this is the first time they have left a message with a phone number  The message was the same as all the others listed here that they have papers to serve from the Clerks office and if I needed any informatin regarding the paperwork I could call them back.  The thing is they used my nickname Tina not my full name and I have only had my new cell number for 7 months so I think they just got my name from my voice mail message.  Has to be a SCAM!!!!

Looks like scam. I also got a three phone calls with different family name saying that they were looking for property owner. I was out there for 5 years...I called back one time with told them other name, why they were calling and response was "why are you calling back for somebody else??" They didn't even asked if I were related!!!??? Wouldn't tell me who they were!!!

I got a call from 855-634-0334 saying I am being served with papers from the clerks it came up restricted!!! No idea wat this would be not trusting it. Clerks wouldn't call u like that.

My brother was served with a packet by two males yesterday and this is the phone #s on the packet. I had to sign for the packet but he wont tell me what's inside.

said they were EPG looking for someone named Derek Hachey
