This guy calls from 855-635-5581, would not give his name or the company name, and tells my mom that my papers came into his office this morning.  He said he had my name, SSN and DL and that I or my legal representative needed to call him by 3pm on Thursday.  He even gave a case number HSC60828.  Almost sounds legit, but my mom felt has though he was fishing for information.  Beware this is a SCAM!

Called and left a message. A Robert Michaels from offices of M&B. Actually brings up a website that looks as phoney as it sounds http://emenbe.com/home.html pretty sure its a scam.

Annoying phone call from : 855 635-5581

They call everyone else in my family saying that I too defrauded them??? I said prove it!!! N all they sent was a bill saying they put $$ in my savings account n faxed the 40.00 worth of pprwk showing in was closed at said time!!! F****ng shisters!!!

Same as others are saying. It's a scam.

They left a message for me on Feb 28, 2014.  Said they had some documents and needed to update their records.  Deleted.

Feb. 2014 A David Morris called from offices of MD??  855-635-5581 said he had a claim and said time sensitive and needed to verify SSN# he had and other info.  SOUNDS like a SCAM to me.  I have no claim or issue out.

they said I did check fraud I don't even have a check book
said I defrauded a financial institution. Never said who or where.

Jim Duggan.  Summons to house with specific times.  If not there, will go to place of work.  Never specified company.  Another scam.

This company called my job and did not leave a name or reason for call. Just a number stating he did not want to serve a summons at my job.
