I received a call from a lady telling me the same thing and she hung up in my face and called me repeatly I told her to bring me the papers and she hung up.. Called me again yes and told me to call this toll free number. I said I am not calling anyone just bring me the papers.. they have been calling me for days now same line

This female, Veronica Day called from (901) 221-2655, which is a landline in Collierville, TN to my husband cell phone asking to talk to me. She stated that they were a personal locator and was trying to contact me about a legal claim against me. She told my husband, he had been phone served and gave him a claim # and said that I needed to contact them immediately because, they had a claim against me. When I called 855-64-4754 which is the number Victoria gave and they hung up on me three times. Finally I called back again. I had spoke to a friend who works for an attorney, Dan suggested it was a scam and fraud call. I gave the lady Amy this information and she just acted like I had not said anything and hung up. I called back and they finally gave me a date and company name, but would not give me the amount or any information of how much that I supposedly owed or what it was for. When I contacted BBS, this company has hundreds of complaints and being a scam is on the BBS website. These calls really scared me because I pay my bills on time. Also the females who kept talking horrible and hanging up on me when I tried to get information were very rude. I never received anything in the mail about owing any company that they accused me of owing.

They called my 86 year old mother and told her I was in  big trouble and would probably go to jail.  I called them back and they would not even tell me what copy they were trying to collect for.  they only told me that I had committed fraud and that my file was in pre-litigation.  I asked them to send me a letter in the mail and they told me that I had already received a letter from their company.  I never received anything from this company.  The gentlemen that I talked to kept yelling at me.  

Also received a call from them. They would not give me their address & they could not give me the phone number to this integrity loan they stated they worked for. I asked to speak to a manager & the person on the phone came back on disgusing his voice. I believe this is a total scam!

This is a bottom feeding debt collector , largely operating a scam that preys on people who  don't understand the law or are stupid enough to give them the info they seek.  They seem to represent payday loan dirtbags like integrity advance . The scam is : they get a list of prior customers , with paid or unpaid accounts and take the gamble that you might have forgotten , perhaps whether or not you had such a loan or paid it , or not . They then try to strong arm you with the threat if litigation for " violating terms if some agreement" , and threaten to charge you with fraud , etc.  genuine pieces of crap. I told them" see you in court , go f--k yourself". Total bottom feeding scum they are.

Got a call from Robert to call immediately and that I've been officially notified. Called them back they would not answer any questions and threatened to find me home/work. Says he had sealed documents to serve me with and wished me good luck. Look up FDCPA laws and check with your state on language, terms, policy & procedure to safe guard yourself and sue them!

I received a local call asking for the supervisor of one of our employees. Said he had received notice to server her with papers. Wanted to know the protocol for doing so. I told him to deliver between 8-5 M-F. He interrupts me to give me this phone number and the case#. When I again told him to just deliver the papers, he hung up on me.

I got a call today. they said I took out a payday loan in 2009 and unless I gave them my banking information I was going to face litigation. I told them I'd take my chances. She got pissed and hung up in my face...

Of course,  I did call them everything but a child of GOD! (LOL)

Gots calls, wanted info on a relative, tried to say person was under a law suit.  Would give no info, relative does not even live at our home.  DO not like someone looking up family info without consent.

Everyone in my family got a call from this number to tell me I was in big trouble.  I have put a call into my Atty to check it out.  They did not identify themselves so probably a scam

I got a message also to call them. Ignore it. They cannot touch you unless they identify themselves. It is a scam big time!!

I too got a call from a local number telling me there was a claim against me and I should call the toll free number to find out what it's about. Sounds ridiculous!

Got a local call from Jamie to call this number immediately because I was in big trouble. Believe its a scam, ?..
