Got a call from Damian Brown at Morgan and Associates, later identified as Steele Morgan and Associates, and they changed their story on the name several times. They called my sister looking for me and insisted they never called her and they don't call anyone as they're process servers. Watch out for 909 456 1855 calling you. He wouldn't send me copies of the complaint for the alleged suit against me, saying my lawyer was the only one who could request it or I could only see it in court. Very rude and abusive too.

Had several calls on my cell, left message to call San Bernadino Sherriff office, gave phone number and case file nr.  Googled phone number and everything I saw said it was a scam.  Then they stated calling all my kids and threatening to have a depety show up with a subpena.  They all started calling me, so I called the number.  I spoke with a Mr Damien Brown, told me he worked with a legel service named Steele Morgan.  The long and short of it, I listened to his song and dance, Told him to send me a letter, with an address and account number on it.  I have called two more times, but have never received a letter yet, don't think I will again.

ok were all getting these calls and they are calling my family in other states to looking for me with the same line of crap.. but how do we stop them from calling others and our jobs

A Mr. Darwin called from a "Private" number and identified himself as a Florida Officer (only after the 2nd time he called) and to state that a subpoena was going to be delivered to my husband today between the hours of 1 and 4pm unless we called Steele, Morgan & Associates in California regarding a Florida Case.  He even gave me a FL case number.  

What was weird to me was the he called about 3 minutes prior and asked about our services.  We are a private business and when he called back the 2nd time, he initially started asking about our services again.  Out of no where, he throws out that he's an officer and to expect a subpoena today.  Very strange!!

I do not believe that anybody receiving a legitimate subpoena will be forewarned by the state.  Everything about this caller screamed scam/desperate bill collector tactics.

I got a call from my former employer stating that I needed to contact Steel Morgan and Associates at 855 640-4812 so that they could "serve papers" on me concerning the Superior Court of San Diego.  Later, got a call from a man who identified himself as a "process server" stating that I needed to come to their office to get served.  I told him that I had the same telephone number and address for the past 13 years!  If he had papers to serve, get a local telephone book and stop by the house!  Even if that guy would have showed up, I would not have answered the door.  I do not accept unexpected calls or visits from ANYBODY!  I saw how the banks got bailed with MY TAX MONEY!  I am not about to play the game again!  I will just put my "fiat currency" in the fake bank and draw it off my debit card.  I refuse to pay a bank on a "credit card'.  THIS IS NOTHING BUT SOMEBODY'S COMPUTER ENTRY!  It is all %*&&$%#t!

Call my husband and told him that my son was being served and he had until May 11, to get in touch with them.  He told my husband that he was listed as a reference. Hint Hint- References dont get calls for someone else for court.  He identified himself as Officer Rick Taylor and left the case number. When I called the number he answer corporate office and when I asked what company it was they did not respond.

My brother just got a call from 1855-640-4812 and told him I was being sued in court and provided this number.

says they are serving papers for this property and with my name.. they also called my sisters asking for me and said the same they and they live in another state

Yep, it happend to me as well.  I work for a County's District Attorney. I had a message on my home phone from a women stating she was with a County Clerk's office threatening to send legal documents to my address and to a relative's if I didn't return the phone call.  My caller ID showed "private caller".   The message was a blatant attempt to obtain personal information on a relative of mine.  They had two (2) different last names and addresses.  I called back, a man answered who would not give me his or the company's name.  He stated a Summons was issued for my relative's appearance in a civil action.  He would not give me information concerning the supposed legal documents nor on the civil action in which my relative was to appear, nor would he give me the name of the Court in which the action was filed. He said he would not give out personal information concerning my relative...funny I didn't ask for personal information, except about him & the Company...I asked for information that is public record.

People beware do not fall into their trap.

You need to call the San Bernardino Sheiff's office and let them know that so called "Mr. Darwin" is misrepresenting himself as one of there employee's/affiliates.This happened to us two years ago.A man called and said he was with a county sherriff's office in Georgia(never been there in my entire life),even left a message calling him an Officer.I called b.s.right away and called the county sheriff's office he mentioned..they had never heard of this man,and even took my info and a brief statement so that they could have it on file if soething like tis occurred again.Don't let these sheisters win!

First of all "Peter" if your not an employee troll for BlackStone, then I feel sorry for you,because you just got ripped off!However since I,and hopefully noone else in this world is stupid enough to fall for your little "I'm now debt free" act,let me just say this,if your going to live your life as a scam artist..do it right the right way..do your homework,some googling if you will ,before you and the other degenerates you work with call innocent people and harrass them and threaten them.For instance I live in Texas,find out which county and time zone(Blackstone Group is in California) your calling before you have some girl calling my home# and cell# breathlessly saying that she is from the county clerks office!Then tell me that my husband cant drive to aforementioned county clerks office because their in California!Also research state laws before making general threats that may only apply in your own state.

First of all in the county I live in...we call it a DISTRICT Clerk..not the county clerk.Second of all duh..you just gave it all away!Thirdly a process server for the County would not call you beforehand to let you know they are coming to serve you!And lastly don't threaten people that there wages will be garnished,there property taken away and that apolice officer will come and arrest your husband in front of your child.In Texas Wage Garnishment only applies to back taxes,child support and Student loans.They also do not arrest people for old debts and throw them in prison and quote"throw away the key"!

Somone owing a debt does not give these low level,two bit hack scam artists the right to threaten and harass people day in and day out.

First of all I to received a call from this number so i called in & first some girl answered saying corporate office & since I didn't know who it was i asked she said she was the was just the answering service i gave them my case # suppose ably I was then transferred to a *legal administrator* I too spoke with a Mr. Darwin aswell at first I was quite hesitant to listen to anything being said but once he went into detail for me...I realized it in fact was a debt i owed & I speak for myself when I say I'm not a thief & I believe in paying back the money I borrowed & intended on paying back in the first place.......Long story short they sent me proof to my email with all their company information & all the information on the case & I went to freecreditreport.com & also saw the same information right on my credit report that I myself pulled up with the card I owe the money too & there company name right on there also..I fell on tough times & could keep up with many things this case being one of them however I do have a good job *well decent* & I'm much more stable now...after everything was said & done Mr.Darwin was very helpful & offered me a deal I couldn't refuse *I am a very happy person people* I used this card that I'm pursued on *or was rather seeing that I now took care of it*  in my time of need purchased a car & many other things & payed off on a agreement for way way less then I even expected *wohoo* & they are doing me the favor of having it payed off in full...thank you guys so much i didnt want to file bankruptcy & will be fixing a few other outstanding things on my credit & will be ask for the same type of deals hopefully i'll get it...I wanted to pay things off anyways since i do owe them but since i payed interest for so long & payed off such a low settlement i figure they cancel each other out & i dont need to feel like i robbed anyone even if it is a multi billion dollar company it doesnt change the fact i owed the money & wanted to fix my credit....work the system people & dont really use these damn post as your final conclusion to resolving things...do your own research as for proof!!!!...so again thank you Mr.Darwin & Robert hope nothing actually happens to you..but I'm debt worry free!!!

I got a call at my place of employment this morning. (I answered the phone and told him I was someone else) The caller identified themselves and told me that they were affiliated with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs office and they had an officer waiting for me in court for me today on a civil matter. I took the case number and the phone number down and called it back. Mr. Darwin answered and went into this rant about how I didn?t pay a credit card bill from 2006. He told me that the person that called me this morning never mentioned that they were affiliated with the sheriff?s. Then he proceeded to get even louder when I told him to serve me. At that point I hung up. He called back immediately, telling me something about I better never hang up on him. I told him to listen to what I was telling him ?don?t not call my employer again? he told he can call anyone anytime he wants. He was on speaker phone so the entire office could hear Mr. Darwin?s tone and threats. The call ended with him telling me he was going to take the money and to let it be known that I have been warned. Good luck, Mr. Darwin
