They called here and when I said I did not know about it, they lied and said that they has all sorts of info and names. Obviously they stole info from my credit report. Even more, he called me a b*tch, said he would have sex with my daughter (which I only have sons) and I found out their address is a private mailbox in Tonawonda NY at a UPS store. Look it up on google earth. 733 Delaware Road, Tonawanda NY. They also go by the number 410-444-5505. The guy that called said his name was William Childs. Making all sorts of rude and racist comments about how if I could spell Childs. Do not give info or money. I called back and they started screaming and threatening.  bunch of losers. Reported to the loc al PD, State PD, State Attorney, FTC and my private attorney. They say they work in conjunction with Capital One Bank too. Beware!!!!

Do not give these losers any of your information. They are in violation of the law, they have no legit claims, and just tell them they have the wrong person.

Call me at work asking for me and I told them "She's not available, can I take your name and number?" He game me his name 'Joshua' with the 855-640-9944 number with his extention 334. Saying he needed to go over some documents with her (me). I unplugged the phone. I've changed my other number so they cannot reach me. I'm tired of hearing from them. I don't bother to call them back over verify any information.

This number is Simon Eichler & Associates and yes they are rude, threatening and will say anything to get you to pay. They called me recently with one of those robo calls and then called a member of my family telling them that I was writing bad checks and to have me contact them even though they've been calling me on my phone.

The first guy I talked to was absolutely rude and talked over me trying to get me to tell them who I was and that they talked to my relative who told them where I was, my address, etc. The first guy was threatening. Then another guy called back from a different number and acted really nice until I told him I wasn't going to fall for the scam. The guy said his name was Frank and I told him to remove my number and my relative's number from their database. They threatened to just keep calling until I paid them $300. Then they said they'd call other people that knew me as well even though they stated they'd remove my relative's number from the list. In fact, they stated that while they were talking to me that my relative was on the other line talking to them right now about me. In other words they lied.

They pretty much stated that I should just be honest and admit I owe the debt. I told them to send me a letter which they seemed very reluctant to do. They further threatened me about owing them money and made it sound like (even though they didn't state it) that they'd send someone over to break my legs if I didn't pay up.
Don't give these people any information when they call. Their other numbers are 323-302-4864 and 312-651-6378. I looked up Simon Eichler & Associates on another web site and people have reported that this is scam company and they aren't even listed with the BBB in New York state. They also didn't call not from New York state but in fact one number was in Chicago and the other was in California somewhere. I guess the scam is coast to coast now. Just report them to the FTC and also send an attorney after them. They obviously don't know the rules of the Fair Debt Collections Act.

sounds like she got your ssn and email from a possible application for a payday loan on the internet.
These payday loan places will sell that information as well as your soul to the devil for a buck.  The scammers buy this information and the telephone scam begins......I would give Ms. Owens a statement...Get Bent..
They are just worthless scams.

How was it legit?   You didn't say what it was concerning nor did you say what the outcome was.  Just because the ssn and email was true doesn't mean a thing.  I think we would like to hear more details about what this was about and the type of .  Please provide us with some details about your discussion and the purpose of the discussion.

I got three same message. Guy said he had a case file on me,  had my email address and my ss# . Wanted a statement. Said he wanted to talk to me before rendering a decision

this number called me the other day. i didnt call back at first cuz i thought it was a scam but when i did it was actually legit. the ssn and e-mail part was true for me anyways. i think the messages r so vague cuz they cant release certain information on a recording or something.

Message from Ms. Owens stating that they called me on January 8  they never received a return call now she has further viewed my file and it has my SSN and email acitivity that she needed a statement from me before going any further.

Got a message at work, something about my email and activity, wanted a statement. I will be changing my email address and password.

I got a call I think some Associates with my SSN, want to get my statement and go over stuff with me. It came up with caller ID as unknown phone number. I wonder if this is a scam
