Message was short on details, so obviously they're fishing.... and obviously they don't mind breaking the law and calling on the Do Not Call list.  Listing themselves as "Toll Free Caller" suggests they are really devious or strictly amateurs. Either way, goodness knows what kind of kid you would get from them...

Looking for Housing for Foreign Exchange Students...I would think schools in the area we live in would make such calls; not a auto dialer...Bizarre even if Legitimate...
