Crazy company..if it was a legitimate company they wouldn't have people making phone calls and leaving message that can't speak. This company can't provide documentation on a debt they are trying to collect. They get all baffled when asked for proof

Received call from this number.  Referenced File No. 375943.  Caller ID showed a call from Mike Ross.  Also, mentioned some kind of arbitration.  Voices were barely clear enough to understand.  I called the number and received an electronic answer which was unclear and confusing.

Got a call 05/29/14 from Ashley Cooper stating that I owed
money onknown  I did not have a billing statement

Man did not leave a name on his message but said he was calling to begin a legal process. He left this 855 number and a case number but no reference to which company is supposedly trying to sue me.

Boy, I hate when someone calls and wants to put me in a hearse. I've wished that many times on the thugs who make their poor living on fraudulent debt collection. Anyway, here's some helpful reading for non-shills:

Per the FDCPA, you should not pay any caller who refuses to MAIL - do not accept email of fax - proof that you owe a debt and proof that they can legally collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this documentation is a violation of federal law.  It was quick and simple to see that you and your cohort further above are shills for the scammers.

I agree with you, I just paid my debt off with them. I asked for documentation showing I owed the debt and they emailed it within ten minutes. The young woman who called me was Ashley Cooper she explained everything to me and gave me a great settlement offer. I saved over $500 ,  it was quick and  simple.

I received a call from Taylor Arbitration at phone number 8556522168 . The gentleman that called was Hunter Williams. He was very helpful. I owed close to 3500 and they settled the account for $1957.21. And the best part was they updated it as a paid in full status on my credit report. Their very professional and did not threaten me nor did they pressure me to commit to anything... All I have to say Is see what they have to offer...
