Its a damn scam, first off the B*tch calls my phone laughing, sounding like a valley girl trying to scam money for her next shopping trip for christmas, and tries to claim that she is from Well Fargo Bank. WTF? Nothing about her or the number she dialed from says Wells Fargo. (Claimed to be from Omaha, Nebraska)

I just got off the phone with Wells Fargo and they are going to (supposedly) look into it. I would think that companies would be very agressive towards anyone trying to scam their customers due to false representation.

Just got a call from this number on our home line a little after 11am. Caller ID said Unknown. Picked up and there was a long pause then I could hear whoever it was hang up. Sigh. I get stupid calls like these at least once a day from different numbers. Apparently the National Do Not Call list is useless.

I called the number back.  It is Wells Fargo.  When you call the number, it says "we recently tried to call you about a special promotion, we will try to contact you again at a later date regarding this promotion".  I do have an account there, but I didn't think I was going to get sales calls.  I'll have to recheck the privacy options.

I receive calls almost every day and when I answer I get no response. I finally got connected and it was supposedly a presentation from Wells Fargo Bank. They said if I don't want any more calls Press #1. I did but still get the calls every day.

I have been getting these calls nearly 3-4 times a week for months.  Never leave a message.  I finally have tried answering the calls but there is never anyone on the other line.

Gosh, got annoed by this number 8556542156. They call me every day. Finally I blocked it. Thank god.

Someone called and the machine picked up and the guy said something mostly incoherent but at the end it sounds like he said my name.  They called one other time apparently because it's in my call history but I don't remember it.

Wells Fargo, again, still calling me trying to sell insurance for job loss.  The rep told me that they would pay me $1000/ month for up to 60 days.  Sadly, that would not even be enough to cover my mortgage, let alone any other bills.  Fortunately, I have my own personal insurance, that is to say I keep enough cash in the bank to pay all my bills for up to 3 months were I to lose my job.

A good deal from Wells Fargo would be more than 0.009% interest on my savings account. How about 0.5%?

Just got this call, let the answering machine pick it up and got a different language on the machine.
